Start of New Cycle

I can remember when lower chest was an afterthought. At 38 and after some dark side experience. Need that lower chest work more than ever.

You can't target fat loss, sad but true. I would even say, if your chest gets better developed you may notice the lower boob fat even more...

Only thing that works is cutting and be patient. :)
 
It's all about adaptation. I hate i cant even use my go to move. Got old/injured apparently. But training differently now at least mixes it up a bit.
Got old/many injuries. Mix up my workouts to make sure it's not the same everyday

Cutting is the key. Not sure about targeting fat loss. But hitting different angles rounds out my chest and makes a huge difference looks wise.

Daughter started back at school. And we got a babysitter for tonight. So taking the wife to the gym to teach her a routine. Her diet is in check so she just needs a new workout. Here's what I got planned for her.

She did good. Light weight, very light....But, just getting back into it after almost a year. She did good, and kept her form good. We did Fridays complete workout, and then I showed her the other exercises so she knows how to do them all correctly.

Another thing I found funny, we where doing Low Row and the wife said. Looks like you got some huge bruises on your back....Oh wait, thats veins popping out. Lol
 
Same problem here -but I only recently noted progress. Lost about 14 pounds over the last 40 days and boob fat is melting off. My guess, its like the hip tire -the last to go. Just stick to a slight caloric deficit, you are doing well already.

Hopefully we all know we cant spot loose fat with exercise. AND there are no "lower pecs". We have pecs and upper pecs.
Loosing weight is the only way.
Incline bench helps more with aesthetics iMO

Not saying your wrong. Just wanted to point this out cause it has helped me a ton.

Brother..any time you see a " 90 day 6 pack routine" or " bigger bis in 6 weeks" or blast and sculp " lower pecs " in 3 months, I would assume they are assuming you've dieted down to a reasonable body fat.
Trust me.... 1,000,000 crunches won't give you a 6 pack if your fat. Your not going to add .5inch to your arm with out gaining weight( unless you use drugs and oils)
Athlean X is ripped and shredded. He may be in a position to do some decline bench and gain definition.
But again there are 2 parts of the chest not 3. Flat bench and flat DB press with flies and cross over will be plenty to build the pecs. From your pics, you need some upper hood homeboy! I'm no bodybuilder but the ones I know very rarely do decline. They do tons of incline and smash crazy strict diets.
Again declines are cool to attack the chest from a different angle BUT I promise you can't spot loose fat with them and if Athlean X said you can he's lying to push videos.
 
I never agreed with the 90 days. I just like the workout suggestions and say they help.
Definetely.
I do decline because I can push more weight declined for some reason. So its fun and reppin 4 plates is good for the ego.
But I never get more sore in the lower part of my chest.
All good. Workouts should be enjoyable first and foremost

You know I got this. Diet is on point, training is good...Even when I take the wife to learn to train better. And some guys are starting to ask for advise at the gym. So either they see a difference, or they just to scared to ask if I have "supplements" for sale. Lol

Im not trying to be negative brother just being honest. Your lower chest has a fat problem, not a lack of muscle problem.
And im a fat guy so I can say that. I think trying real hard to build just the lower portion of your pecs would almost be counter productive. Very possible it could just make the lower part look even bigger. But i could be wrong. I'd smash your upper chest real hard if not harder, that will balance things out more than declines.
Just my opinion. I get muscle helps burn fat. But to loose fat you have to attack it as a whole body thing. Calorie reduction and flat bench I'd bet would burn more fat in that area than declines.

I smash my whole chest. I just make sure to hit the lower chest as well. I was a fat dude too after my injury's. And I just want to get rid of that lower chest fat. Know what I mean.

Totally. Is it gyno? Looks more like a form of pseudo-gyno. Basically just fat in a fcked up place. I carry weight in my lower chest when I get over 265ish. But ralox cleans that sh1t up so good. Do SERMs help at all?

I had no problems till I got really fat, after I got hurt. Had some issues when I was younger but nothing serious. Never seen any changes with Nolva. Maybe I should grab some ralox on my next order

No getting bloodwork through the VA in October. Was diagnosed low T 8 years ago through my outside provider. But the VA Denied it. Hence, why I'm getting the bloodwork done. Was on Andgrogel for a few years. But, had to pay out of pocket and Michigan aint cheap

If your not on anything than just try some ralox 100mg ED and see what happens. Ralox for me is 100% side effect free.
 
Just found out today, cause he died when I was 4. Was my wife's older's brother bday would have been his 49th. Think we gonna go visit him tomorrow. I was upset, someone posted a pic and he didnt even have any flowers at his grave. Where I'm from in South Lousiana that is egregious. We take care of our graves. My dad goes paints his parents tomb every year.
