If my brother was doing this I’d slap him and take away his steroids, then take him to the gym, teach him how to train, how to eat, and how to have patience.
Here’s his pic now (right), and here’s his goal in only a few/several months:Nope am not delusional, I actually stated in my original post "So I will soon find myself in the position of of having a 10/10 body" and then later stated "I'll be out less than 10-12 grand for all of it, but it just to embarrassing to to have the build of greek god but look like just any other dude from the neck above where people see you first anyways. I am honestly scarred ****-less of both the surgery and how people in my life will react to me jumping 2 points in attractiveness with obvious plastic surgery. "
I expect to look like the picture right above Arnold by mid November as I cut my fat down to the single digits. And that'll just be my starting point for my next blast which will take me to where I want to be by Spring of next year, if I can't meet or exceed my current pace of progress which I will exceed it since I will hiring a prep coach (not for contest but to get more out of the next blast) and using every tool required to get the job done (Which I didn't do before) that's only 7 months away, which is scary because I haven't even gotten my wisdom teeth pulled yet.
I am to fat to look like a greek god right now, but I will get there very quickly due to my extreme rate of progression. Here is what I've done so far at about 11ish weeks in. The first picture (taken 3 days post injection) is when I first though that I could see some chest definition coming in (althou was probably just from the pump), and by week 6ish I was I was shocked and euphoric at how well it was going, the second picture was taken just today. I had never trained with weights (some light machine work from time to time) or had any appreciable muscle tone previously but was able to self teach myself very quickly courtesy of Jeff Nippard and John Meadows providing all the useful information I could need over at YouTube. I honestly didn't even think the steroids were working because I looked even worst than the first picture until the second week, I got sad that I ****ed it up so bad and started binge eating junk food like crazy (because I was worried that I was doomed to be ugly forever) but fortunately I was still training since I liked the way the muscles looked afterwards) So I started making sure I ate enough protein and the hint of results motivated me start taking the diet and training very seriously. I went from 160 to 188 well leaning out just a little bit in the process and I honestly am still in shock that it worked. I am certain that I can move the needle even faster going forward due to improving my diet, training, and drug regiment all in unison.
I still feel like I have no ****ing idea what I'm doing (hence the coach) but every 3-5 days I look even bigger and leaner (Test is ****ing magical!). I've been ugly my entire life and in 12 weeks and like 80$ of test later and it got so much ****ing better. It feels to strange, when I see myself in the mirror now it takes me a minute to believe it's really me. I feel like an alien/superhuman now staring back at me due to how much the hormones changed my body and mindset. Every-time I run into someone who knew me before they notice and comment/complement me, it's on of the best feelings I've ever experienced especially girls notice. I get why people take this hobby so far now, I can't wait to finish the metamorphosis. It will be so nice to look even better, much better actually than those greek god statues because those poor bastards didn't even have creatine/modern exercise and diet science to help them along. They are admired all around the world for thousands of years by millions of people, and I will look better than them with less than a year in the gym. Modern science is a wonderful thing gentleman.
It’s not like people are ripping his body for the sake of it; he’s the one saying how close he is to the body of a Greek God, and how much progress he’s made when the pics show a different story. Also, if he’s 15 and using steroids, he REALLY needs to cut that **** out. We can only go on what he told us, and he has a borderline God complex mixed with a fair bit of delusion.
Go back, read the beginning and how he talks, see his pics, see the pic of his goal, and see his timeframe and plan. Come back and tell me it’s not asinine.
If my brother was doing this I’d slap him and take away his steroids, then take him to the gym, teach him how to train, how to eat, and how to have patience.
But my point is that he’s setting beyond unrealistic expectations for himself, which will only lead to disappointment, and who knows what unhealthy lengths he’ll go to to try to reach it when he realizes he’s so far from his goal. He’s already using steroids, and his post outlined a plan to add even more. It’s reckless, foolish, and misguided.Haha well whatever I think doesn't matter.. And I mean if he thinks that let him? There have been some people here that think they are the ****. In my eyes they're not, whether that's a narcissistic personality disorder or whether they actually think that's the look to have i dont know but it really doesn't matter to me.
You can look at it this way.. A person that's happy with what he achieved is a good thing. I'm self criticizing myself way too much and I'd love to feel that way.
OP says he’s 22. My brother is 21; I’d tell him that the forum people are 100% right, and then I’d help him grow naturally and build a good foundation before adding steroids. Don’t put words in my mouth my friend. Even if OP is lying and is younger, which is even more of a reason to not have plastic surgery or use steroids, I’d tell him not to go on forums and lie, and the other advice still stands. Then I’d use his account to apologize to the forum members for my lying kid brother and thank them for taking the time to try to help him and prevent him from hurting himself.Well if your brother was a kid you'd probably slap the people attacking him

But the steroids are a MAJOR decision with potentially LIFE ALTERING consequences if abused. If my brother came in saying how close he is to looking like a Greek God, and that he’d do it in a few months with steroids, I’d do EXACTLY what I said I’d do.You're focusing on steroids.. That guy shows insecurity and possibly been bullied which he kinda mentioned. Telling your brother is stupid for steroids is one thing.. People bullying him isn't the same.

If there were no steroids in this equation, then we’d all just ignore OP, but since he is determined to use steroids, and already has, and thinks they’re miracle drugs, showing him the error of his ways inherently requires some level of bluntness and helping dispel his delusions, as he is unarguably delusional to some degree.
It’s one thing to have delusions of how fast he can grow; it’s another when you’ll use MULTIPLE DRUGS to get there before even having any cursory foundation.
Also, he expects to go from this (right):

to this by mid-November. That's three months.

He's already mentioned testosterone, Primo, and potentially even HGH. It's insane. It's asinine. It's a recipe for disaster.
It is insane.. But like I said, helping him isn't making him feel worse
If we can convince him not to use a stack of multiple steroids yet, we've helped him immensely by preventing him from almost certainly hurting his body in potentially major ways. If we can show him that he has actually not made drastic gains, even with steroids, then maybe he'll realize that they're not miracle drugs, and he'll focus on building a foundation first, which is the best thing he can do here. If he continues on this course of action, the only potential outcomes when he inevitably doesn't reach his goal in a few months are as follows:It is insane.. But like I said, helping him isn't making him feel worse
This. He thinks he's made such drastic progress, which he hasn't, which has lead him to having unrealistic expectations for what to expect from steroids, leading him to have insane expectations for what he can achieve and how long it'll take him to achieve, especially since he almost certainly has no idea about proper training, diet, and recovery, which are all more important than ANY amount of steroids and drugs.Helping him is making him see reality, which he is out of touch with.

Yes, if he wasn't determined to try to achieve the impossible in his self-imposed timeframe by any means necessary. Small progress is great, and he should be happy and proud of it, but if he has deluded himself into thinking it's more than it is, and by extension that steroids are magic drugs, he's going to abuse them (I'd argue that even using them at all now, and using multiple drugs, which he says he is going to), and will end up hurting himself. You can't leave the steroids out of this equation; it's the steroid use that's the reason so many people are so adamant about showing him the error of his ways and bringing him back to reality. Ignoring the steroid use is irresponsible and leaves out a huge part of this equation. He' done nothing that couldn't easily be done without steroids, and if he doesn't establish a good foundation, he'll never look like the Greek God he wants to.For him it might be a huge improvement and that's all that really matters.

You want me to give him even more constructive criticism and advice nicely? Fine. Here goes:
-Stop using steroids for now and get lab work to make sure your hormones go back to normal. You will want to run a proper PCT after you stop this premature cycle.
-Learn to eat properly. Find what your maintenance is, and add a few hundred calories to that. Eat sufficient protein, at least 1g/lb/day should be fine, and monitor your progress. If you aren't gaining any fat, you can bump up the calories a bit more until you do find you're gaining a little fat, then bump it back down to the last level where you weren't really gaining fat. You want to minimize fat gain while bulking, but a little fat gain with a lot of muscle gain is fine.
-Learn to train properly. Learn the proper technique for lifts. Learn to squat, learn to deadlift, bench, do proper pull-ups, rows, etc. Focus on compound lifts and getting stronger, with some accessory work and isolation movements added in for good measure. There are many good plans out there. Find one suited for beginners and stick to it for a while; doing any reasonable program while eating well WILL yield MAJOR gains, especially the first few/several months.
-Learn to enjoy the journey. Arnold said that a good bodybuilder is like a sculptor, and since you're aiming to look like a sculpture of a Greek God, you should learn to enjoy the process of sculpting your body into a work of art. And know that there is no shortcut to achieving this, and it takes commitment and dedication.
How is that? Better?
You're focusing on steroids.. That guy shows insecurity and possibly been bullied which he kinda mentioned. Telling your brother is stupid for steroids is one thing.. People bullying him isn't the same.
He needs a "do whatever you want but for the love of God stop using steroids, and don't run multiple steroids" speech. He's not in bad shape, and he can get in very good shape naturally by working hard and smart, but he's coming in saying how he's so close to being a Greek God. He needs a reality check, no offense. Once he has that realization, then we can help him build himself up the right way.Yeah I agree. This guy needs an arm around the shoulder and a “you’re fine the way you are” speech, not a verbal beating.
Troll thread guys, let it die
Thank you. But I've been saying largely the same thing throughout this entire thread. Mostly that if he relies on drugs too early, and he's a complete novice, he'll never learn the basics that are vital to building even a decent body, and he'll end up unsuccessful and miserable when he doesn't achieve his goals because he doesn't have the necessary knowledge and tools, and there's a potential of him turning to even more drugs, as that's the only way he'd know to make progress. This is what we are trying to avoid. Anything and everything else is really secondary to this. That is much better
Honestly bro I think your missing a really key aspect of this ‘attractiveness’ equation - your personality........
I know the whole ‘beauty is what’s on the inside’ thing is a massive cliche and I’m not saying that at all - I mean I’m in this for the asthetics myself, but, if you allow how you believe other people view your looks affect you like that, you’ll still not be happy even after the improvements imo.
I also believe massively that someone who on paper is average looking, becomes way more attractive if they are just a great person, likewise I know ‘stunners’ on paper who I see as less attractive because they are cnuts.
If you are confident in how you look then you’ll exude that and trust me you’ll ‘move up a couple of points’ in others eyes, works the same way if you don’t rate yourself, neither will others.
I’m not saying looks don’t matter at all, far from it but from where you say you are comestic surgery isn’t the answer imo bro
Invalid Link RemovedJust know you’re not alone, OP, because all of us who are still paying attention to this thread also need psychiatric guidance.
So let me get this straight it's uncontroversial for us to inject random hormones we buy off the internet and risk our health/endocrine function to make our bodies look as aesthetic as possible, literally aesthetic beyond the natural levels possible. But if you apply the same mindset to improving one's face which is the main part of someone physical attractiveness the almost unanimous response is "good see a therapist". I don't get the extreme distinction some people on this forum see between the two. They're really not all the different when you break it down. (Maximizing what you got, and making a hobby/game out of seeing how much you can improve things.)
More importantly, he's acting as if having major cosmetic facial reconstruction surgery is a guarantee to improve your facial aesthetics/attractiveness; for every person that goes under the knife for major cosmetic surgery that comes out looking better, another one comes out looking worse, now residing in the uncanny valley. So not only may OP end up out $10,000+, but he may actually look irrevocably worse than before.Wrong, gear is only for when you’ve been doing this $hit 10+ years and have reached your natural genetic potential. The guys who want instant gratification and don’t learn how to eat and train probably, lose most of their AAS gains.
Second, which sounds more attractive to you, a women who used to be fat but getting into amazing shape by working out and eating right or a women who doesn’t do anything but have a lot of cosmetic surgery for her looks?
Last time i weighed i was 211. First pic was 215. This is currentInvalid Link Removed
Nice. Me at 360Invalid Link Removed
OP what if u get the surgery. Get ur ears tied back like a dog and that straight line chiseld jaw or whatever the fcuk you want but then later in life u fall off the gym bandwagon. Gain weight and become 20-25%+ body fat. But your face looks like your sub 10% lol. That would be hilarious

Furthermore, steroids/drugs will improve your progress and potential, but they don't do it alone, and it still take years of hard work and dedication to get the body of a "Greek God" even with steroids.
I’m not talking about harming the face via scars, I’m talking about the reconstruction itself looking slightly off in a way that enters the uncanny valley for some people. It's a small incision, they have made the surgery much less invasive and harmful to the face. Now you can get it done without even having a visible scar afterwards. And it's just another risk/reward trade off, just like the use of PEDs. Individual risk tolerance will vary.

And you defy gravity too.
I think he’s saying you’re tall? I’m not sure though.Huh?
It was right-side-up for me, strange. I’m on the mobile app though:The photos you put up are sideways. (Gravity).

What sucks is losing strength on a cut. Noticeably weaker today. Down 10 lbs in a week and a half. Probably all water. Been walking before and after workouts...about 30 mins total. Trying to lose slow and steady
