I haven't looked at the ingredient panel on this Ultra, but is there a cortisol control ingredient in there? It seems like all the high stress you've been going through, that that would be ideal for you right now.

I dont see anything in the listings, but Ive added in Ammo from EvoMuse...solely because I was feeling a need for the reduction, and have never tried it before.

Abliderate has 7-Keto and PS in it. It is a topical with cortisol control.

And the ammo is pretty strong...Have you noticed anything from it?

When I lower cortisol before sleep, I notice a definite improvement in sleep. I took two caps ammo one night just to test...And I'd rate the sleep as being better than 375 mg 11-KT was before bed. Pretty effective.

If you make me laugh that hard before I go to bed..I cant sleep.

As for the Ammo, I have noticed a better nights sleep...on the nights I get to sleep.

Still here guys, but my schedule has been h3ll. Between fire, EMS, family and taking some remedial classes to start towards my degree, Ive been swamped . But still loving this Ultra! The feelz are still there, never really settled like so many other fat burners do after the first couple weeks. I did take a break from them as I missed several lifts, but Im back on track. My weight is up a bit, but only to 217, but not 100% convinced its fat. When I have been lifting..its been hard. Didnt log my lifts today but I did get a PR with a bench of 335x1 today, pretty stoked. About another week left to go.

Had a great shoulder day this morning, and hit 30 minutes of cardio before getting ready for tonights shift!! Feeling great. Not ready to take any after pics yet.. but took this one at work. Sleeves are getting snugger, and veins are getting bigger!!Invalid Link Removed
