I miss xtend BCAAs so much! Used to take them when I was playing ball when I was 18! The watermelon flavour is so nostalgic to me, reminds me of when I used to kill the weights as a young dumb kid with my buddies.

Now that I have to worry about taxes and real life things, I can't justify spending over $80 on BCAAS . Sometimes my shop will carry samples and I'll charm the girl behind the counter for a bag full

I love PES. In grabbed the chocolate cupcake flavor and it is actually delicious and actually dissolves. It's amazing to me how many brands don't dissolve well. I used to want to make it by the gallon and take it to the home depot and put it in the paint mixer machine.

Hahahah I only use 2 scoops with 1 cup of oats, but I don't eat oats that often.

Wait. Oats? Like you make oatmeal with hot water and 2 scoops?

Yeah I use quick Oats. Bring water to a boil, pour it in, mix, put in 2 scoops of powder, mix, pour more water as needed, mix until fully dissolved, enjoy.

Is this just practical or tasty? I'm on the fence! In my mind I imagine myself enjoying it, I then have a thought with a face like this:
