TGR's Modified PowerBuilding v2.0

I cleverly design my passwords to match the color schemes of the host forum/website.
The RGB color code converts to three separate number sets of three digits.
I'm sure I'm over explaining it. I know it's common strategy.

But seriously, I'm just trying to regain my drive/momentum before I start logging again. I've had a couple of months of positive progress in the gym.
I'll be watching and stealing exercise strategy in the meantime.

Feel free. I'm glad you're back.

I remember that I shouldn't do pressing movements a day after squats... Damn bicep pain is back.

Headed to the store to get dough balls to make a homemade Chicago deep dish. Between the pancakes and that I may not have any hunger left.

If you don't take it easy with that bicep, you're going to be out for a hot minute. I had the pain in my lower anterior bicep where the tendon stretches into the elbow. It took almost 2 years to get rid of that pain.

And....picture of that pizza if you don't mind

Was it any good?

hell yeah it was good! it was by stone brewery, all their stuff is excellent. it's also about 10.5 abv i believe so if you drink it fast enough one is enough to give you a serious buzz. it's really more of a sipper for most people but i have a developed enough palate for dark and heavy beers that i can put one down pretty quick.

I know how to get rid of it now at least.

Step-by-step pictures for sure. Gonna have 3 dough layers.

Try and keep that Pizza lean and by lean I mean low fat you'll find I with treat u way better for carb night. I found this to be the case with full fat ice-cream the cheap soft serve ice-cream weight always came off in a day or so

Following your recommendation from last time. My fat is only at about 30 for the day and that's mostly from my breakfast avocado.

I think I'm ready to order Knee wraps. What're are you guys' rec's for a beginner?

Any of the Metal's any good? I ask because EliteFTS has a sale almost once as week.

I'll take a top notch wrap over a sale though.
Herdersude Sean1333 Duramax @jswain and anyone else with wraps.

I got wraps you can buy for cheap lol Barely used!

Inzer Gripper or z-wrap
APT Blue Arrows
EFS Heavy
Titan Titanium

Used them all and would recommend

PM me prices (if serious)?

Never used metals
I've use
Rhinos
Overkills
Grippers
Destroyers

My suggestion is Grippers for a nice starter wraps comfortable easy to self wrap good rebound

I can part with my EFS Heavies and Iron Rebel Raptors. I wouldn't recommend the Raptors as a first time wraps. The EFS ones are easy to self wrap but they aren't as comfortable as Grippers or any other wrap with a similar stitching.

Grippers is it. I'll look online for deals. Thanks guys.

What about size? I wear L Slingshot sleeves and they're snug.

****. I may want to buy that other pair of titaniums off you Sean.

Edit: Reg, I've only ever used the titaniums so i really cant give ya much advice.

I agree with 2.5. Especially with Grippers, you can stretch them easily and cover a good amount of area.

Order from house of pain and they'll actually ship on time

Almost done...

The down side is my carbs will likely be fewer than last week (<300g).

I'm horrible at this...

No choice. It rose more than I expected.

I was close to using a much smaller pan.

Wife had to go to the ER today with very serious symptoms and left not knowing an exact cause. Prayers, if you don't mind.

I barely finished a 1/4. Wife (Mischelle) loved it and ate about 1/4 of what I did.

Gonna do this again but try and minimize the pie.

i hope everything turns out ok!

Prayers to your wife.

Thanks everyone. Taking her to the primary as soon as they open. Her symptoms were stroke-like, even in the ER, but doc didn't believe that's what it was.

Scary!! Praying for her! Hope she's ok.

Keeping her in my prayers brother

Wife is doing well today. PCP has no clue what happened yesterday and whether it will happen again. They did more bloods and we'll go from there.

Rest day for me today. Running errands then I'm going to go home and take a nap.

Really strange symptoms.
Is it expensive for you to visit the doc? Everyone is complaining about medical cost over there.

Our premiums are up a lot since our law changes in healthcare. I expect the ER visit and the blood drawl at the PCP to be costly. I'll find out exactly how much shortly.

*I just gave up and didn't attempt the 5th. These all felt horrible today. Grip and strength was down on 250. Rare for me.

While dark cho assists as a PWO, it's certainly not a replacement for skipping dinner as I did. I won't do that again before deads. I wrongly thought there would be a carry over from Sunday's carbs. Cals were at 1500 yesterday and my fat was lower than typical.

I never found to much carry over except for the very next day... on the grip try rolling out your forarms it help

Yeah, that's probably true. I need to make sure my carb up is beneficial to my training and that I don't wrongly adjust calories to negatively impact it.

Hope all comes back fine Thomas...

Bloods came back ok. Still no clue and wife doesn't feel 100%. Doc prescribed her anti-anxiety meds. She's had some stress at work because she manages a 6 provider docs office and they're going through a nasty split. Odd it happened when it did though if stress is the issue.

Sitting here enjoying my coffee and heard the little dog plunge into the pool. That could've been scary, he's too young to remember where the steps are.

Diet and macros are on point. Once I hit the one month mark I'll see if I need to up/drop calories. If I have to drop its because I screwed my metabolism up the last couple years not managing my eating.

I love nights where I have the carbs to spare for a PB coated Mission1 bar. C&C isn't that great with PB tho.
