So Afromamum can interfere with oral contraceptives? So Shift shouldn't be taken by most women either?

Just curious because AM is an interesting ingredient and some of the best products include it, including Diablo, Shift, etc.

Starting from the top MusclePharm’s 2016 edition of Assault packs 5g of creatine monohydrate, 2g beta-alanine, 1.5g betaine, 5g Palatinose isomaltulose, 1g each of taurine and glycine, 250mg caffeine, 50mg TeaCrine theacrine and 5mg of BioPerine black pepper. As mentioned most of those are common pre-workout ingredients, with MusclePharm’s inclusion of Palatinose isomaltulose and TeaCrine theacrine being the less common features or at least when it comes to pre-workouts.

200 mg of coconut water powder, i.e. - dehydrated water? This always gets me when I see this. I know nothing about it, it hasn't caught my eye to research and maybe I should, but I remember seeing empty cans of "dehydrated water" as a joke every time I see this.

No, he's referring to the st johns wort. Don't wanna put words in his mouth to get his knickers any more in a knot. But google search will explain what he was talking about.

Yup, we have made a pretty clear caution disclosure regarding this on the label and in the write up. That's just life though, we all have things that won't agree with us and should avoid... I've been blessed with serve GI ulceration from lactose. Sigh

How about the Endur3 with the l-tryptophan (free amino acid form) content? Anyone that can chime in on that? I know l-tryptophan in free amino acid passes BBB but the dose at 48mg is low. And the rest of the EAA might interfere with the l-tryptophan absorption through BBB?
 
years ago I bought a bottle of original redline pills- white pills with red letters. that stuff was pretty darned good, terrific energy....every redline formula since then has been a bust for me...I wonder how this new formula-micro burst will stack up......


also those original redline drinks in the aluminum cans were kickass- much better than todays plastic bottles!!!

can't remember the name of it but years ago I bought a black can of something that was supposed to be for sex enhancement by vpx, that stuff was crazy good for energy, better for energy than boner, lol.

original shotgun was a great pre-workout better than most out today....some intense energy


vpx used to be a giant in stim products!!!

??? My knickers are not in a knot, but it appears yours are; I have said nothing negative about the product so not sure what your problem is. I post on the forums to give people advice they otherwise wouldn't hear.

Sorry i interpreted that way, i mean you write a three word post, not explaining why you said what you did. Then again a two word closed end response. Maybe i just look into things too much.

No problem, and I'm low on time so sometimes I don't have much time to reply; I figure if someone is interested, I can elaborate more later when the forum says someone quoted one of my posts. I don't see the point of forum arguments so I typically don't engage in them.

All good, no hard feelings. I really respect your opinion because we all know you are a really switched on guy, but as i previously mentioned just found it odd but obviously a misunderstanding

I figured he was being breif in order to avoid getting into details about a competitors product and create an argument, which I think is what Noaddedhormones was also trying to do when he said he didn't want to put words in someone's mouth.

Both of you have added to the information in this thread in a positive way I think.

Bleh all of their proteins I've tried had such weak flavors.

They've just done some sketchy things over the years including when they had a short stint here on AM
 
BigT'VPX Black Pearl :)

BPI Best protein bars are legit...I tried the cinnamon graham .. It has a soft yet crunchy texture which I really enjoyed. The Cinn graham tastes a little like Select SD, need I say more?

No spare time really :(. In terms of new and interesting stuff posts on Stack3d are your best bet.

As mentioned above, I did try samples of FitElite Bday & BPI Best bars, snagged the really early and late in day. Both are e****lent!

I tried the FitCrunch Bday first and thought it wasn't bad. The FitElite is a step above tho and the PB FitCrunch is the crown jewel.

I'm grabbing a box before show opens to the public today. They brought a ton of Fit Elite bday, but sold out of FitCrunch bday yesterday lol.

I like the subtle flavors, but I'm weird like that. What kind of sketchy stuff did they pull? I haven't been around AM but since December so I wouldn't be aware.

How are the product profiles on the fitcrunch/fitelite and bpi bars? All isolates or are they blended with concentrates?

Fit Crunch: WPI, WPC, and SPI (listed in order)
Fit Crunch Elite: WPI and MPI (listed in order)

Not sure on BPI.

GNO...thanks...that's the one. that stuff really packed a punch...but like all of the rest of vpx products the plastic container formula they use today is probably much weaker than the oldschool aluminum can formula.
 
Should be a notable thermo with the cayenne,

I really miss having a good capsaicin extract (EBF had a solid one) and I always quite enjoyed the warmth I felt after popping a few.
 
I like the capsaicin inclusion in that, but every ingredient seems to be under dosed, with the exception of caffeine, which is high. Maybe the write up will change my mind, but this seems ineffective.

I already chug apple cider vinegar and take Rolaids/Tums as often as needed (usually every other day or so). I even have a prescription for omeprazole. That product is probably not for me lol
