There is a lot of science on Epi! I am using currently Tr1umph+EP1C Unleashed+F95 +vital1ty while eating at maintenance, recomping. Strength is up, endurance, pump and muscle fullness as well.
I will add in SU+LJ100+endur3 in this stack (dropping F95, been on it soon 12 weeks).
I am a bit sceptical on the data for laxogenin, but anecdotal feedback has been good, I think.
This is what my stack is gonna look like when ArA comes in on Monday and then whenever the OL stuff comes in I'll be adding SU and then triumph whenever that gets here its n on backorder
So I got some X Factor coming in the mail and wanted to run my stack by you guys. I have 2 different shifts at work I'm on rotating shifts so it will vary.
Day shift (5am-5pm)
7-8am breakfast with Alphamine 30mins prior
2-4pm lunch depending on how busy we are but I try to have lunch no later than 4pm (no supps)
5:45pm Pre Bulk (I have a 45min commute so maybe take X Factor as I leave work or with pre bulk?)
6:30 workout I only have water
9pm post Jym with dinner (I have one question here. Do I still need post Jym even with the big 4g doses of Beta alanine and betaine on pre bulk?)
I also have my multi. protein shake like 20mins after dinner
Night shift (5pm-5am)
1220pm wake up and sip on Pre Bulk as I get ready so I'd take X Factor here with it?
1pm workout as stated only water no supps
3pm post Jym with "lunch" also my multi and a protein shake like at 4 right before leaving for work
7-8pm lunch with Alphamine 30mins prior
12am-3am I'll have a snack somewhere in here and Alphamine if I forgot about it with my 7-8pm meal.
Any advice is welcomed thanks guys
Edit: My goals are to get under 20% body fat currently sitting in the mid 20s while getting stronger. Also I am thinking of adding some GMS keel reading it goes very well with ArA so input on that is appreciative as well
