That didn't look like a challenge at all, homie, have you tried 405 yet? You'd probably kill that no problem too, considering the way you stood up effortlessly holding 395.

I use to competitively bench so dnt deadlift much. Like once a month. Nah didnt pull 405 yet but the 375 and 385 went smooth so did 395. I do back w out a belt 2 workouts a month so it gets strong on its on so I didnt wanna try more. In 2 weeks ill go from 375 to 405lbs and see how it feels.
I think it won't be an issue for you at all bro. Then again, I pulled 435 for 5 reps and then couldn't pull 455 once the week after that. The 435 was my first time deadlifting in 2 months though so I probably hadn't fully recovered by the time I attempted 455.
