I'm really liking iforce potassium nitrate.. But how safe is it for human consumption being u read that its in fertilizer and gun powder???

There are different quality grades of potassium nitrate. The potassium nitrate used in supplements and as food preservatives is a much higher quality than what they use for fertilizer and industrial purposes. I can't speak too in depth on the topic because I'm not too knowledgeable about it, but I know that the raw ingredients used in supplements is a high grade product that is safe for human consumption.

I would start a thread and see what some reps have to say though, its an interesting thought

Friday: Back and Shoulders

Happy Friday everyone! I hope everyone had a relaxing and enjoyable Thanksgiving. I ate way too much, and had a great time with the family. Back on the grind today though! Had the opportunity to train with my friend at his gym, and we crushed some back and shoulders. Took 1 scoop of Hemavo2 and a scoop of C4 for some energy. Personally not a fan of C4, but its all I had with me and I needed a little pick me up.

Deadlifts: pyramid up to a heavy single; two back of sets of 6-8
Lat Pull Downs: 5 sets 8-10
Seated Rows: 5 sets 6-10
Dumbbell Pullovers: 4 sets 10-12
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 4 sets 12-15
Dumbbell Side Laterals: 4 sets 12-15
Dumbbell Shrugs superset with Rear Dumbbell Flyes: 4 sets 8-10

Had a great workout, the energy was great having a training partner. The tempo was a little slower than usual, but I still got a great pump. My lats were feeling pumped and full during the lat pulldowns and seated rows, and I was able to get a great mind-muscle connection. Mental focus was hard to gauge because I wasn't in my typical environment, and I was lifting with my buddy that I haven't seen in a few months. The volume was good and the weights were heavy, but not a typical "in-the-zone" day of training.

Saturday: Arms

Following up today with an update from my workout yesterday. KILLED arms, Hemavo2 had me all kinds of pumped. I ended up spending a while in the gym because I was having so much fun with the pump! Took 1 scoop of Hemavo2 with 200mg caffeine.

Weighted Dips: 2 warmup sets bodyweight; 5 sets 6-8
EZ Bar Curls: 2 warmup sets; 5 sets 3-8
Dumbbell Skull Crushers superset with Seated Dumbbell Curls: 4 sets 8-10
Overhead Dumbbell Extensions superset with Jettison Curls*: 5 sets 10-12
Rope Pressdowns superset with Cable Curls: 4 sets 12-15

Workout was awesome. I felt incredible the entire time, and the pump was unreal. I got a great pump during my heavy sets and the pump continued to blow my arms up as I moved into the higher rep work, it was awesome. Triceps are crazy sore today, which is always a good feeling.

*For those who don't know what Jettison Curls are, I highly suggest you check 'em out. You start with standing curls with a barbell and resistance band at the same time. Then follow this dropset style method:
-curl with barbell and resistance band together - to failure
-drop band and continue with just barbell curls - to failure
-drop barbell and continue with just resistance curls - to failure
the pump is EPIC.

If my explaination doesn't make sense, just google it. They have been a favorite bicep technique of mine recently, really helps you reach failure and get a great mind-muscle connection

Thanks. This workout was fun. Thanksgiving was great - very relaxing day catching up with the family. Tons of food hahah. How was yours?!
ours was good, lots of food, lots of bad tv with classic holiday movies. then a much needed workout to a deserted gym.

PS Epolis13 is allan even on this board? ;)

Yesterday was leg day, so I didn't take any Hemavo2. I had a great training session and hit some heavy front squats. Legs are incredibly sore today. I've been having some great workouts these past few weeks. My diet has been on point, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, and I've been sleeping more than usual. My recovery has been great and I've been staying lean while still making strength gains. Onto today's training!

Tuesday: Delts, Traps, and Abs

Took a scoop of Hemavo2 this morning with 1 scoop of ON Gold Standard Pre. Still loving the Rainbow Sherbet flavor, its delicious! Really didn't want to go to the gym in the cold rainy weather this morning, but I pushed through and made it to the gym right at 5am.

Smith Machine Seated OHP: 2 warmup sets; 3 sets 8-10; 2 sets 3-5; 2 sets 10-12
Dumbbell Side Laterals: 3 sets 12-15; 3 drop sets 8-10
Rear Delt Fly Machine superset with Dumbbell Front Raises: 4 sets 10-12
Cable Side Laterals superset with Cable Upright Rows 4 sets 12-15
Cable Rope Face Pulls superset with Cable Front Raises: 3 sets 10-12
Barbell Shrugs: 4 sets 12-15

Finished up with an ab circuit and a little cardio.

Felt incredible in the gym this morning. Hemavo2 had me feeling crazy pumped, and I was really able to push myself to failure on my heavy sets. I really like the increased ability to feel the muscle contraction with Hemavo2, I am able to target the muscle and get a great mind-muscle connection on each rep. I left the gym feeling pumped and full, which is always nice on shoulder day. I kept the rest periods low and the volume and intensity high, as I do with most of my workouts, and I had a great day of training. Nothing better than a wicked delt pump!

^^ perfectly said! Being able to make that difference in training is awesome!!

Agreed! Hemavo2 has been treating me very well.

My buddy hit me up and wants to train arms tonight. Looks like I'll be hitting a double training session today with some more Hemavo2! Bring the pumps!

You got me excited to start using Hemavo2 myself. It's on its way and I can't wait. Have fun training arms.

Thanks brother. You won't be disappointed with Hemavo2. If you're like me you're probably on Fedex or UPS tracking that box every hour, hahah.

Sherbet coming my way

Sherbet is bangin'! I really love all of iForce's flavoring, but Rainbow Sherbet is my new favorite. Enjoy!

Wanted to give a quick update from my arm training last night. The pump was right up there with where its been, EPIC. Took one scoop with no stims in about 20oz of water. Hit some crazy supersets and high intensity sets, and the pump was out of control. My biceps and forearms were crazy vascular, and my friend I was training with was mirin' haha.

Had a great time catching up with my friend who I haven't trained with in a while. We put in some great work and Hemavo2 delivered a serious pump. I think arm day is my favorite for Hemavo2, I love the way I feel and I love how I look during and after my workout. Pumped, vascular, and full. Another awesome training session thanks to Hemavo2

Have to agree on arm day being the favorite for Hemavo2 use. The pumps come fast and furious and last a long time.

Arm day is my favorite day of training anyway and Hemavo2 makes it even more fun. Everything from my bi's to my forearms remain pumped for hours after my workout

Thursday: Check and Back

Had a relaxing rest day yesterday. Woke up refreshed and ready to train. Took 1 scoop of Hemavo2 with 1 scoop of ON Gold Standard Pre and hit the gym!

Incline Dumbbell Press: 2 warmup sets; 4 sets of 6 @ 105's
Flat Barbell Bench: 5 sets 8-10
Machine Flyes superset with Dumbbell Pullovers: 4 sets 12-15
Incline Dumbbell Flyes: 4 sets 12-15
Hammer Strength Iso Row: 5 sets 6-8
Wide Grip Lat Pull Down: 4 sets 10-12
Seated Row superset with Rope Cable Pullovers: 3 sets 12-15

Had a great workout this morning, really felt Hemavo2 deliver a solid pump for both muscle groups. I love the feeling I get after a few warmup sets when I can really connect with the muscle and get a great contraction. I've been loving Hemavo2 for the ability to deliver such great pumps. I've been focusing more on full range of motion and really feeling each rep, and Hemavo2 has helped me establish a solid mind-muscle connection. Even on a lower carb diet I am still able to get a great pump and I feel great during my workouts.

The mind-muscle connection is so strong with the Hemavo2. A lot of people who have never used a pump product often scoff at them and think they're just for aesthetic purposes. But when you can feel the blood rushing into the muscles and feel them contracting, the mind-muscle connection becomes so strong.

I completely agree. For powerlifting I don't think products like Hemavo2 are needed, but when you're trying to connect with the muscle and contract to stimulate growth, pump products are amazing. Hemavo2 has been helping me a lot with this and I've really been enjoying it

You have nothing to worry about bro. IFN is a trustworthy company and would not produce KNO3 if there was potential for harmful side effects. We value and care for our consumers more than most would think.

You're killing it in here! Great work man!

Thanks love2liftkat!

Tuesday: Delts and Traps

I was away for the weekend so I wasn't able to update on my workouts. Yesterday was leg day, so I didn't' take any Hemavo2 to ensure the burning pumps wouldn't mess up my workout haha. This morning was shoulder day, so I took 1 scoop of Hemavo2 with 200mg of caffeine and hit the gym. I have been noticing the pump has been much better when I hydrate properly before I take Hemavo2. I drank several large glasses of water this morning before I took Hemavo2, and it was definitely noticeable.

Side Lateral Raises with kettlebell: 4 sets 12-15
*never tried these with a kettlebell before, but I was able to get a great contraction and really focus on that side delt
Seated Shoulder Press: 3 sets 8-10; 2 sets 5-8
Rear Delt Machine superset with Upright Rows: 4 sets 10-12
Cable Side Laterals superset with Dumbbell Front Raises: 5 sets 10-12
Barbell Shrugs: 5 sets 10-12

I decided to do some prowler sled work at the end of my training - did 5 quick sets. My quads got crazy pumped.

Another great workout. It felt great to be in the gym early and I felt the pump hit me hard during my first working sets. I was really able to isolate the side delt and Hemavo2 helped me feel the squeeze and get a great mind-muscle connection. I had a fun time training shoulders, the shoulder pump is always the best. I felt full and pumped throughout all of my sets and my vascularity was noticeably increased. I thought it was interesting at how pumped my quads got during the sled work. I was on my second set and my quads were ripping! It felt great and allowed me to push myself harder to get some good HIIT in.

Gah, shoulder pumps are the best. Respect on the prowler work. There are very few things these days that make me puke when working out; prowler is 1 of them.

Thanks! Yeah the prowler gets me every time. I only did 5 interval sets today, but I have thrown up doing them in the past. They're brutal!

Shoulder pumps suck, when you leave the gym and get a phone call, so you are trying to drive holding the phone to your ear.. your shoulder is cramping, burning, and dying!!

I'm anti bluetooth even tough my car is 2015 and has full blue tooth integration :D

Hahahah that's the worst! Same with a bicep pump. You have to switch hands holding your phone every 30 seconds because your arm is cramping.

Other than phone calls though, shoulder and arm pumps are the best

Wednesday: Active Rest

Not training today, so I'm not taking any Hemavo2. Figured I'd update everyone on my progress.

Been maintaining my leanness very well, but I need to increase calories a bit. My weight has only gone up a pound or two, which is slow progress for the lean bulk/recomp that I am shooting for. I will be adding more carbs in on my high carb days, and making sure my lifts are heavy.

My lifts have been increasingly slightly, but nothing too noticeable. I've really been enjoying my time in the gym though, the pump and fullness I've been getting from Hemavo2 have been making my training awesome. Even though I'm not gaining too quickly, I'm having a blast hahah. I think the next few weeks of holiday food and extra rest time will allow me to recover better so I can continue growing.

Will we be seeing any sales on Hemavo2 for the holiday season? My tub is almost gone and I've been hunting around for sales. I will definitely be picking up another tub of this deliciousness when my log is over.

I think that sounds like a solid plan. I'm sure you might see some holiday sales soon. We will keep you posted :)

Last week and this weekend were crazy busy for me. But don't worry! I will be catching up with my workouts in the next few posts. Sadly, I'm almost out of Hemavo2 :( I probably have 2 scoops left, so I'll make sure the last two workouts count! Here's a recap from the end of last week.

Thursday: Chest and Back

I won't list out my routine, but I had a great workout. Took 1 scoop of Hemavo2 with 200mg caffeine and hit the weights. I really enjoy hitting chest and back on the same day, I get a great pump and I'm able to get a good stretch in both muscle groups while supersetting exercises. I started off with a few back exercises on thursday. Got a great pumped feeling in my lats and I felt great. Transitioned over to some heavy dumbbell pressing and the pump kept coming! I was able to engage my chest muscles and get a great squeeze.

I really enjoy Hemavo2 for larger muscle groups like chest and back. I can really feel the blood rushing into the muscle and the fullness and pump are unreal. Very fun workout!

Friday: Legs and Delts

Depsite having problems with dosing Hemavo2 on leg days, I decided to take a scoop anyway haha. I couldn't resist! The burn was pretty intense during my leg pressing, but I've been learning to embrace the burn and use it to push myself harder in my leg training. Moving into delts I was surprise at how quickly my shoulders got pumped. Often times when I'm training another body part with legs, the pump isn't as great. All the blood being in my legs leaves my body scrambling to drive blood to other areas of my body I guess hahah. With Hemavo2 I was able to get full and pumped even after training some heavy legs, and I had a great shoulder workout following.

Saturday: Arms

Pump time! Yesterday was another great training day. Took 1 scoop of Hemavo2 with 200mg caffeine. I got a great night sleep Friday into Saturday, so I was able to hit the gym feeling 110%.

Close Grip Bench: 3 sets 10-12; 3 sets 6-8
Standing Barbell Curls: 3 sets 10-12; 3 sets 6-8
Incline Skull Crushers superset with Incline Dumbbell Curls: 5 sets 10-12
Seated French Press superset with Seated Hammer Curls: 5 sets 12-15
Rope Cable Pressdowns superset with Dumbbell Preacher Curls: 5 sets 10-15

Finished my workout with some abs and sled work.

Really had fun training yesterday. Arm day is always fun, and Hemavo2 makes it even better. I got a great pump and my arms looked HUGE and full during my training. I have really been enjoying the ability to establish a solid mind-muscle connection with my biceps and get a nice squeeze in every rep. My arms are shot today, just a nice reminder of how hard I went in my training yesterday haha. Feels good!

Tomorrow I'll be back on the grind doing legs, so I most likely won't be taking any Hemavo2. I have about 2 scoops left, so I'll be saving them for shoulder day and possibly arm day on Saturday. Still loving the taste of the Rainbow Sherbet, I don't think it could ever get old.

Great work so far man!!! Yeah that Rainbow Sherbet flavor is off the chain!!!!

Keep it up!

You have some nice workout routines. Lots of super sets will definitely bring out the pump. Thanks for carrying out a great log. Hemavo2 seems to have worked well for you.

Thanks man! Yeah supersets really bring on a crazy pump with Hemavo2. Thanks for the kind words dude! Hemavo2 certainly worked well, nothing but great feedback from me on this product. iForce nailed it with the formula and flavor

Tuesday: Delts and Traps

So I was getting to the end of the tub this morning as I dug out one more full scoop. Seeing that there wasn't quite enough for another full serving, I figured I'd just go all in and take 1.5 ish scoops and end this log with a bang. And that's exactly what went down. 1.5 scoops of Hemavo2 and 200mg caffeine and I was off for the final episode, and no better way to end than on a shoulder day!

Seated Barbell Shoulder Press: 3 sets 10-12; 4 sets 6-10
Cable Side Laterals: 3 sets 12-15
Kettlebell Side Laterals superset with Incline Bench Front Raises: 4 sets 12-15
Cable Face Pulls superset with Plate Front Raises: 4 sets 10-12
Rear Delt Machine superset with Dumbbell Shrugs: 3 sets 8-10

What a great way to end this log. I had a phenomenal workout. Delts were full and pumped the entire training session, and I felt amazing. I was able to get a great squeeze in my rear delts, which is often a difficult area to really feel during my workouts. I connected well during all of my sets and the pump was seriously awesome.

I will be posting up my in depth final review either tonight or tomorrow. I want to take some time and a provide a solid write-up, but stay tuned!

Supersets and Hemavo2 are rediculous. I cranked out a chest/back/arm superset day on Friday and i was busting out of my skin. Excited to see your final review bud!

Here we are! The final review. Huge thanks to all who followed along during my log, and a big thank you to VaughnTrue for making this happen!

---Ingredient Profile: 5/5---

Hemavo2 has everything you could ask for in a pump/volumizer product, and the ingredients are dosed well. I really like that iForce included the Nootropic Mind & Focus Boost ingredients as well. This adds another dynamic to the product that other pump products don't have. The addition of Hydromax was a smart move too - definitely added a nice kick from the OG Hemavol. I think that all of the ingredients are dosed well with studied amounts of each to deliver a great pump. I also feel that the 25 serving tub is a great size. Many other pump products on the market don't supply as many servings, so it was nice to be able to get a full 25 servings in one tub.

---Taste/Mixability/Dosing: 6/5---

Rainbow Sherbet is a MUST TRY flavor for everyone. 5 out of 5 doesn't even give it an adequate rating, this flavor is seriously delicious. I was very pleased with the taste and it was very easy to mix. I enjoyed drinking Hemavo2 on my training days, and missed not sipping on it on rest days. Very tasty and smooth flavor, just like you'd expect rainbow sherbet to taste! Dosing was very straightforward - Take one scoop, put it in water, shake, enjoy. Easy, and so freakin delicious!

---Effectiveness: 4/5---

Epic pump every time! Very consistent and hard-hitting too. I was able to get great contractions in my muscles during training and the pumps were amazing. As noted in the Ingredient Profile section above, I really liked the Mind & Focus formula added to Hemavo2. I was able to zone into my workouts and really concentrate on that mind-muscle connection. However, I did notice that my pump wouldn't stay around as long after my workouts as I had experienced with some other products. This may be due to differences in my diet, but I wanted to make sure I noted that. Not really a big deal, but something to note. Overall great formula that is incredibly effective.

---Value: 4/5---

Hemavo2 can be picked up for about 32-35 bucks. I think that 25 servings for this price is a great value. Many other pump products are around the same price, but don't offer as many servings. For what you get from Hemavo2, this is a great value.

--Side Effects: 5/5---

No side effects at all. No issues or problems. Just focus, vascularity, and PUMP!

Conclusion

Very well rounded, hard hitting, great tasting product. iForce has delivered once again! I was very pleased with this product, and I think that iForce has improved upon the original Hemavol and raised the bar in the pump product category. Hemavo2 provides a generous amount of servings for a great price, and the new flavors released all sound amazing. I would recommend anyone to try Rainbow Sherbet, its phenomenal. I highly suggest anyone looking for an epic pump and a tasty pre-workout to give Hemavo2 a try. You won't be disappointed!

I love the 6/5 on taste, lol. You did a great job with the final review and I enjoyed following along. Thanks for your review and your candid feedback!

Great final review. Keep in mind, value is not only about servings per dollar, but the dosage of ingredients per serving per dollar. Hemavo2 is rocking when it comes to that (and a reason it's my staple pump product now). Glad you enjoyed the flavor and saw great results!
