UDCA - 300mg, TUDCA - 200mg, green but not envious makes no sense to me so time to randomly guess! curcumin400mg

Because GNO calls me strict....i'll say this: there isnt enough clinical evidence to support EGCG being hepatoprotective...or geen tea for that matter

The dosage is hard to guess. I'm putting what Im running as my liver support, minus the milk thistle. Lol

CoQ10 is more cardioprotective via lowering blood pressure

Very True... I've also seen it included in some liver support supps as well. Not sure how much data there is
to support its use in that field though.
