Is this a local place or chain? Looks great. Shredded veggies look nice and crispy which I love. Total texture eater

My moms review of the candy corn fruity pebbles: "they smell live vomit but taste like amazeballs". Yes, my mom actually talks like this.

Okay so it has almost been 3 months and you guys aren't huge yet?!?! This doesn't make sense are you taking the creatinez every day?

Haha I've gained some serious weight. I'm pushing 190 after dinner right now. That's a far cry from my 155 beach weight

Understandable, some of my goals are closely related to yours as I read the first page. I plan to get back into the single digits and hover around 8-12%bf

Yeah I'd assume once I go over 12-14% a mini cut to restore insulin sensitivity would occur

That's where I'm at right now. My body just hates being below 10-12% it's so hard for me to stay there and eat anything reasonable.

Going to check another Target tomorrow when I do some driving.

Have a current thyroid/hormone issue I'm dealing with and I was born with a kidney issue too that can exerbated (hence why I never drink) if I do stupid **** so i doubt i ever will

Cycling makes it seem like there is a cycle when I'm not on.. I'm never not on. Haha. Currently running m1t oxime. Sorry about the kidney issue friend, I can relate as I'm more prone to hypersensitivity bp issues and kidney as well. So I stay away from alcohol too

Yeah if I do drink its once in awhile special occasion. Literally 2-3x a year.

All good, just rolling with the cards I got. Loving the progress I'm making with it, and when everything's good to go imhoping I'll be a monster one day

Full bulk but states no bodybuilder should ever eat a pint of ice cream Ok bro.. ok :) Going in the freezer right now for mine prob wake up lighter tomorrow Full fulk = fail LOL

If all of that was in my house I would be obese

you were saying...?

Exactly what you said:

And it's not enjoyable when you only get to eat like 3 spoonfuls and it's already 300 cals and 15-20g fat. I don't mind eating a spoonful now and then but when I really want to enjoy it I want it to be a legit amount not half a mouthful. 1000cals of ice cream just isn't reasonable regardless of competing or not.

You mean..

I stand by that statement. 1000cals of I cream is still a meals worth of cals but not worth of food. Eating a few tbsp now and then every night lets me enjoy the taste and my foods. Eating a whole pint just doesn't do it for me

Do you eat some of that everyday boone?

Yep. A few m&ms through the eve, a spoonful of ice cream every once in awhile to satisfy a craving. Pop tart pre workout in the weekends if I don't feel like training fasted. Oreos and such whenever I fit them in.

Then eat a meal and a pint of ice cream = Problem solved.
Might help put some muscle on that tall frame of yours :)

haha you're literally the only person my entire life that's called me tall at 5'10. And after being 5'2 until my sr yr of hs I'm always short in my mind

If I ate a pint every time I craved ice cream Id be 250lb next weekend ha.

This may be total bro science, but here goes......not hating on you boone; im just trying to help out! You eat all of this food daily and wonder why your gaining weight so fast! Maybe start making better food choices an save the candy oriented food for once or twice a week to fit them in! I mean seriously what successful bodybuilder gets most of their carb/fat intake from oreos, ice cream, ect! I mean 200 calories of poptart are going to effect your body different than 200 calories of brown rice, sweet potato, ect! Anyway, this is just my 2 cents, and im sure that many people will disagree with this! But from my experience, my food choices drastically effect body composition!

Ha you're misunderstanding. I'm eating prob 100-200cals max from foods like this each day. Out of 2600 that's nothing. I just pick and choose a little of different things each day. It's not like I come home and have 1000cals of carbs from ice cream and oreos. That's what I was saying to bob. I can't stand eating like that cuz it's not satiating. I'd rather spread those 1000kcals over a week and have a little each night.

All of these foods are fit into my macros and cals too so it's not this that's causing any extra weight gain.
