I hate doing the ELDOAs, but I hate lunges as well. Basically, I hate all the hard ****.

I strained so hard I farted the first time with the psoas stretch.

Seems like all the difficult, pain in the ass stuff, is all vital. Unilateral anything sucks balls.

I always feel better immediately after I do them. It's like when you've had to hold in a **** for 20 minutes kind of relief.
 
So....I'll be doing the Ukranian Stallion tomorrow. If I don't fall over and eat ****, I'll get video of the setup.

I'm going to take this post to reiterate how much I wish you would multi-ply. You're already squatting correctly for it, so the transition wouldn't be horrendous. Your numbers would be bonkers.

I kept thinking it was Jesse Norris I'm chasing but you're right, it's Casey Williams. Norris was 198. I imagine by the time I get close to 7, someone is going to raise it, so who knows. I want it though.
 
I like Casey a lot, he's a good dude. He took 20mins out of his day to BS with me at the Arnold. Dude looks like he's carved out of granite. He's got a good log on EFS, too. Works closely with Brian Carroll. If he would cut, I think he could break Dan Green's record.

My body is feeling pretty good actually. I hope you get that shoulder right! This gonna sound weird but my buddy lives up near you and he wants me to do that October Everett meet. If I do ima do knee wraps. ;)

Honestly though, it's gonna be over a 150 person meet I think, with everyone and their mom going, so I'm signing up for it tonight.

Should be fine until September but I have enough cash in my paypal account to do it now, so I am lol I had to call Gene Rychlak on his cell phone and ask for space to compete, and that was September-ish.

Meal 1
2 hamburger patties with salsa & lettuce

Snack?
Quest peanut butter cups

Meal 2
10oz sirloin and brocolli

Prewo
EAA's/Leucine

Post
Whey & Gatorade powder. Carb powder on the way

Meal 3
Chicken and garlic pasta
cup of ice cream

Will have some chicken and rice before bed.

C350/P235/F90 for today. Non workout days I'll lower carbs to 300ish and fats around 100-110. Eating around maitenance for a week or two.
 
I like your setup seems soild to me

I need to be more controlled on my carb nites I know it's not the same as cbl but I get a little out of control lol try to follow your example

Edit: noticed the ? By the quest bars may be a bit hesitant on the think they have sugar alcohol I've been eating jack link turkey sticks
 
Ya I was going crazy at first. Too trashy and too much fat in the evening. I'll get in 75% of my fats before the backload now, and the trashiest I'll get is ice cream w/ 4.5g of fat, a few twizzlers, or kids cereal. I've been keeping the evening meals lean meats and rice or pasta. Anything during the day is red meat/bacon/sausage, and brocolli or lettuce.

The Guy is right about the sugars in the quest bar though. Not sure how much, or how much it matters..
You could always have eggs for meal one, too. Great fats and protein.

Edit: you could replace your quest bar with hard boiled eggs, if you're eating on the go.

I've never eaten eggs a day in my life unless it was used in some sort of a mixture. I also don't eat cheese unless it's on pizza. Weird. I know. It's difficult when I'm at work, which is +50% of my time, as everything is carb/fat heavy. I stick to salads with deli meats during the day, getting my fats from almonds and dressings. Getting in 400g of carbs at night is pretty damn easy there, though.

And I hadn't had quest bars in forever anyways. Torobestia also showed me some article giving some conflicting claims of Quest's nutritional labels anyways.

I plan on going back to carb cycling eventually. With the summer coming, it's gonna be too difficult to shift my entire carb intake to the evening.

Quest bars have like 3-6 net carbs. The majority of them are fiber!
 
Who the **** knows?! I've tried them, in many different ways. Just not havin it. Tastes like ****. Before someone calls me a pussC sayin "oh just eat it"....I'll eat stuff the tastes like crap with no problem...but eggs and cheese are at a whole different mental level for me. It's not gonna change 26 years into life lol

I love eggs

Over easy or sunny side up, with basmati rice. Yolks a little runny, all into my rice. Franks red hot., boom.

Dip your toast /steak into the yolk
 
I can only do eggs with meats myself. It's not that I dislike them, I just never enjoy them without anymore. I used to do over easy with toast...now I need some bacon or pork roll or sausage or bacon.
 
Sean, if you scrambled some cheese into your eggs, it would probably solve all of life's problems. If you were ever so bold, you would thank me daily for the rest of your life.
 
lol I wish. Maybe I'll try a fancy pants omelette at work against just to see.

I ate an entire pack of bratwurst yesterday in one sitting. Eggs would be a nice replacement lol
