Deaths Brawn(EPI)/Stano Stack

Keep at it love that your in full beast mode already

Seems to still be building up. Every workout is getting more intense and this coming week should be killer!

Glad the BP and pressure on the chest has nearly subsided. Not even halfway thru? You've got PLENTY of time to get shredded!

I still get some pressure after having coffee, but for the most part it has started to level off nicely. Not that it bothers me or anything and when I check my BP it is only slightly elevated. It all just means everything is going perfect and I couldn't be happier right now!!

Week-in-Review will be posted later today. Need some time to write it and have some pictures taken.

I wanted to add that, others including myself like to keep the insulin spike from glucose for post-workout. I always have a protein shake at 6am, breakfast around 8am with oatmeal. Normally, I'm sensitive to carbs and need very little. But with this run it seems I need to up them.

After looking at this post again it seems that some information got deleted and it does not make a lot of sense ... LOL

I have the meals above at 6am and 8am and then I start my workout around 9:30-10:00. I have done this for a long time and it has always worked well. Brawn and Stanozane just seem to be making my muscles suck up carbs faster than I can take them in, which is a good sign, but it means that the time after the last meal and working out is too long.

I'm going to start eating a banana on the way to gym and see if that helps starting tomorrow.

Excellent log and results so far, pumped the the week review :)
Here you go!

Week-in-Review #3

Damn, this week went fast. I can say for sure everything is kicking in very well. Everyday at the gym is getting better and better. Every time I repeat my workouts from the week prior, I am upping the weight every time or able to do more sets. Rest between sets is becoming shorter as well.

I’m still not having any side effects and hope it continues.

I have upped carbs from 100 to 150 and upped fat from 100 to 120. If I don't have those extra carbs I feel like crap in the gym. After upping them I feel 200% better.

Here are my new stats

Neck:18.5 +.39

Shoulders: 55.33 +1.18

Chest: 49.43 +0

Bicep: 17.12 -.78

Forearm: 12.71 +0

Waist: 37.98 +0

Hips: 41.31 +0

Thigh: 25.10 -.79

Calf:17.33 +.20

Not really changing much on the numbers but physically I can tell the difference. Fat is getting softer and muscle are getting leaner. I'm seeing new muscles!

This week has been busy for me and I have not been able to focus as much on cardio. This coming week should be back to normal.

I’m not able to get pictures tonight and will try to have them up tomorrow.

So far so good! This next week should be beast!

Awesome week-in review! The mirror is your best judgement, measuring is good but can be misleading at times. Anyways, awesome job thus far bro

Thanks tyga! The mirror and pictures help see differences for sure. My face is getting thinner and so are other places.

Now that this cycle is going stronger, I plan to kick things into HIGH gear the next 3 weeks and even more during PCT.

Doing awesome, Death! Excited to see where this ends up.

Thanks and me too!

killer review Death!!! Epi is my all time favorite, dry gains and crazy strength...

It seems like it's a descent combo and I would recommend it to anyone starting out with PH's as it seems mild compared to 30mg of Ultra-Sten. But I will wait to make a final opinion in a few week as it's still building up.

Here are a few pictures. Again nothing crazy in them other than me.

Looking good!! Your front and rear delts are really gaining some nice definition..

They seem to be getting bigger, thanks!

Well I had two gym days off, but never a dull moment. My hot water heater was acting funny and I decided to flush it... Yea, I had to install a new one... That was cardio and weight training right there! LOL At least it was on off days.

I have noticed that since last Sundays leg routine my legs feel tight. When I kneel down my thighs feel like they are going to split open. As much as I like leg days I think I'm going to limit their workout for the next few weeks and focus more on cardio. My cardio has went down in time since my legs are being worked so hard.

I'm going to shoot for short warm-ups today and then do 45-60 minutes on the good old stair machine and some ab training.

It seems to me that my body has adjusted to the increase of Brawn to much. I really don't have that killer feeling any more. I know that most people wouldn't go over the 45mg because the sides get worse, but I really am starting to feel like my normal self. The question now is should I add an extra cap per day?? I guess I could up it and if things get bad I could always back off.

Anyone ever run 60mg?

I love 60 mg of Epi, that's what I run it at and we are around the same size. I've seen it run as high as 100 mg per..

Day 26 ?

Losing track of my days, happens all the time!!

I had two off days, but kept very busy. I upped Brawn today to 60mg. I have them spaced out at 6am, 11am, 4pm, 9pm. I hate to say it, but I should have started at 45mg from the start and jumped to 60mg after two weeks. I'm not sure if this is just the way my body reacts to epi or not. Sure, I have been feeling good and have seen some improvements in the gym, but nothing close to how I felt taking Ultradrol.

I hope to see 60mg upping the game a little bit very soon and will let you all know how it's going.

Cardio Day

Leg extention: 2 warm-ups @ 120lbs
Leg Curls: 2 warm-ups @ 80lbs
Chin-Ups: 8 x 2
Reverse Grip Chin-Ups: 10 x 2
Weighted Situps: 25lbs x 20 for 4 sets
Dip Bar: 10 for 4 sets
Stair Machine: 40 minutes, Heart Rate 155+
Treadmill: 10 minutes fast walk to help cool down.

I'm going to be doing a lot more cardio from here on out! It's time to kill the last few weeks!

your going to like 60mgs!! Just watch your joints Epi can beat them up..

I can already tell the difference and had a lot more aggression today. I will see how my joints act, but so far so good on this run.

Day 27

Chest, Tri's, and some random bits

Had some fun in the gym today. The upped dosage of epi is really helping and it's not even working at full capacity yet. My muscles really felt fresh today so I decided to add in some extra exercises.

Bench Press: 3 warm-ups @ 135lbs, 235lbs x 10 for 3 sets, 225lbs x 10, 225lbs x 5
Sit-ups weighted 25lbs x 15 between every set above
Decline Press: 2 warm-ups @ 135lbs, 225lbs x 12, 225lbs x 10, 225lbs x 9
Chin-ups to failure between sets above 5+/-
Cable Crossovers: 80lbs each side x 12 for 3 sets
Reverse Grip Chin-ups: 10 x 2
Cable Tri extension: 2 warm-ups @ 100lbs, 170lbs x 12 for 5 sets
Cable behind the head tri extension: 140lbs x 12 for 3 sets
Dip Bar: 10 x 3
Cardio: 30 minutes stairs / 20 minutes on a real bike in the mountains after getting home

Thats more like it!!

Day 28

I had today off but should have went to the gym as my aggression is sky-high and I catch myself getting pissed easy. This is more like Ultradrol now. I'm starting to get that HOT feeling after taking my caps. My hunger has been CRAZY today. I want to eat everything I can find (all clean). I have already had 3000 cals today and could still have 3 more chicken breast with a side of something green..

Looking forward for tomorrow!

Yep, I should have started 60 a while ago!

Back and Biceps

Great day at the gym. I might not have lifted as much today, but damn do I feel my muscles after this workout. I decided to focus some time on chin-ups with good old body weight instead of a machine and boy can I feel it.

My arms felt like they would explode at any second today. They are not in pain but they feel so full after my gym time.

Underhand Chin-ups: 10 x 5
Seated Cable row: 170lbs x 20 for 5 sets
Bent Over row: 185lbs x 12 for 3 sets

Cable curl: 140lbs x 8, 120lbs x 10 for 4 sets
Cardio: stair machine 40 minutes

I'm back!!!

I have been having lots of fun around the house the last few days getting ready for spring and enjoying the snow. Training is still going strong!

Yesterdays workout Shoulders and Abs

Cardio: 20 minutes treadmill
Lat raise: 2 warm-ups @ 15lbs, 25lbs x 10 for 4 sets

Week-in-Review-Belated-Edition #4

I started this week feeling calmer and almost like epi/stano were wearing off. That soon changed when I upped my epi to 60mg!! It hit me quick and I have not looked back! As I have said in another post, I should have started the run on 45mg and then bumped it to 60mg after two weeks. I can feel my blood boiling and the only way to cool it off is at the gym pressing that cold iron. Performance this week has gone up and I really could workout twice a day if I had the time. I even started doing pushups at night between tv commercials. Granted I don't watch much TV but I get in around 75 to 100 a night!

I started noticing my joints getting sore from the upped epi, but a few extra fish oil caps at night (4 - triple strength now) seems to make me feel normal again. Other than my joint I have not ready had any other issues.

My weight has gone up again and I'm at 241 today. I have been slimming down but not where I would like to be just yet. I will not post pictures for 2 weeks to try and keep the result to the end. I can say that my stomach has gotten bigger from all those sit-ups and I won't lie, I never worked abs until this run. This weeks number are almost the same as last week, but the mirror says something else. Even the in-laws asked if I had been losing more weight and I said yes even though I have added weight...

I really can't complain this week as everything is running great right now!

Glad your enjoying the increase dose.. You will gain some lbs but if your diet stays clean it will be all lean.

Yea, I expected my weight to go up since I increased epi. I'm still eating clean so it is lean mass. I also expect to lose some weight during pct.

I expect great things the next 2 weeks!

Week-in-Review #5

Well, it seemed to be a good week. I can tell that my body is getting a little tired during this week. I've kinda lost that excitement , but still have fast recovery and great stamina. It is just taking more for me to get motivated but I always seem to feel the same at the end of runs. Strength has not suffered at all. I was lifting like a beast today and yesterday.

I did have an issue yesterday and the day before. Day before yesterday I F'ed up and did not drink enough water and became dehydrated (long story). I felt great that day, but around 7pm I started hearing ringing in my right ear. I have tinnitus from Iraq so I always having that ringing, but this was loud. I figured my BP was to high so I checked it and it was 148 / 83 which is higher than normal but not too crazy. I upped my water, lowered my salt intake, and skipped my coffee but the ringing was still there yesterday just not as loud. Today My BP was 140 / 79 and the ringing is back to normal. Lesson learned, don't skip the water no matter how busy you are!!!

Here are my stats for this week.

Neck: 19.29 +.79

Shoulders: 56.11 +.39

Chest: 50.81 +1.38

Bicep: 17.32 +.2

Forearm: 13.69 +.59

Waist: 37.39 -.59

Hips: 40.92 -.39

Thigh: 25.1 -.39

Calf: 17.33 +0

Things are moving in the right directions again. I knew my chest was going to be bigger this week as I noticed that a few days ago that it really started sticking out on the upper part a lot.

That it for this week and one more to go.

I feel run down my last week or two weeks of my cycles as well. Lethargy usually is high gear and your suppressed as can be. Anyhow, your progress looks good from your measurements. Loosing the fat in all the right areas while putting on the weight in the places that matter lol like chest, shoulders and arms lol

Every run I have done has the same effect. Once I get moving in the gym I fine, it's that first 10 minutes that sucks.

So far the biggest gain I have made are my abs. Since I never really worked them, they really jumped to life this run. The measurements have only changed a small amount, but the mass is something way different!

Well, that's it folks! Week six complete! I will be writing a final review and will be posting my completed stats tonight.

I did well overall, but still have six weeks PCT to knock this B out the park!

You going to keep this updated through pct?

Final Review

This last week has been going well. I have been fighting lethargy a little bit, but once I get going I GOING! I started falling off my diet this last week because temptation has been killing me. My wife (115lbs normal weight and eats like crazy) is 8 months pregnant and always wants to eat junk food. I still keep it mostly clean (grilled chicken and baked potato) but the extra carbs have made my weight stand still. Granted, the extra carbs have helped me perform better in in gym just not really helping with my goal.

Everything has been butter smooth the run except when I screwed around and did not drink enough water one day. I knew better and told myself to stop, but I kept pushing and paid the price for two days.

Training wise, I have seen nothing but improvements! Every weight I touch has gotten lighter. I can't believe how much extra weight I have been able to lift this run.

I added 20lbs to my curl, 30lbs to Deadlifts, 3 more reps on Chin-ups, 4 more reps on the bench, maxed out leg press machine (400lbs) for 30 reps like nothing, and the list keeps going.
All of this while eating below maintenance tells me that this combo worked great! It does have a slow start, but does build. When I run epi again I will run 45/45/60/60/60/75 and will also try upping stano to 1200 for the whole run.

Speaking of stano, I have never run it before and have never run epi solo so I can't compare it with anything, but I really did not seem to feel much with it. I did up stano the last week to 1200 and didn't feel any different. I do know libido was working just fine the whole run and that is probably why.

I can't say enough good things about IronFlex! I was very impressed with their Ultra-Sten and was really hoping that Brawn(epi) and Stanozane were of the same great quality, well, it was!! I know this sounds like I'm trying to kiss their ass, but I really am that happy with there products. I can, without a doubt, say I will continue to use their products and will be suggesting them to anyone that ask. Not only was I happy with their product, their reps here on AM have always helped when needed. Customer service is always number one of my priority list when it comes to spending money and I got that with IronFlex!

Overall this run was great. I really don't have anything bad to say about it.

I don't have the time right now, but I will post stats and pictures tonight for sure! so stay tuned and feel free to ask any question if you like.

NP on the log. I could have done a better job, but this nice weather and no snow has been keeping me busy trying to get everything around my property ready for spring. I can say that my chainsaw is much easier to carry up when I 30ft up a tree!

I will continue to update thru PCT. I always considered this to be a 12 week run so it will still keep going.

Your waist really slimmed down!! Awesome work, now just push even harder through PCT

My waist slimmed down a little that's for sure. If someone wants to send me some sure. I have never run it, but have heard people debate its use during PCT.
10mg and below there shouldn't be an issue. Taking higher doses, yes. PCT your trying to reach homeostasis/let your body FULLY recover. Why chance it?
