Get better man...being sick blows and when I was sick several weeks back it was so annoying. :(
 
Yeah thanks man. I hate this. I feel fine now, I just can't ****in eat food!

Ya that was me for awhile too. It went from zero appetite, to some times I was ravenous and sometimes I hated to even look at food, until it finally normalized. Hopefully you get through it quick.

Congrats man. CL has best tasting greens supp ever, and the best sports multi IMO. Still haven't tried Reborn! But I will soon actually.

I gained 60# in the last 2 years. My pants from High School still button around my waist, they're just too tight around my thighs.

Well I gained round 50 in 2 years. I'm much bigger overall but I'll admit diet got a little too many ncdoubles

I feel better. I'm not on the verge of throwing up 24/7 and I'm eating again. Energy levels are zero though. I was also considering not pressing for a few weeks because my AC flared up bad, but after only 30 seconds with the lacrosse ball, it was all better. The week off of mobility and rehab work obviously didn't help. Just shows that you gotta keep up on it.

Thanks Robbio. I'm glad the shoulder felt better. I had planned out a 13-week Smolov cycle and was going to run it if my shoulder still felt like crap. Thank god lol
 
13 weeks of that would be insanely brutal. I think the inventor of it is a sadist

Yeah I plugged in what my squat could possibly be after the first 3 weeks and there wasn't a single day of working below 485 I think. Honestly don't think I could have done it.
