logging Formutech's Volatile Preworkout - FUBARMD

Legs today. volatile at 8am gym by 8:30. Killed them today. Ouch I will be sore-ish tomorrow!

superset #1 5 sets
Smith machine squat 90lbs x 12/12/12/12/10
Chair Smith squat 70lbs x 10/10/8/8/8
-chair squat = feet 18" in front of body

Superset #2 5 sets
BB stiff leg DL 95*/75lbs x 10*/10/10/10/10
Lying leg curl 15/20/25/20/20lbs x 12/10/10/10/10 reps

Superset #3 3 sets
BB deadlift 95lbs x 10/10/10
BB hack squat 95lbs x 10/10/10

Superset #4 4 sets
Sitting calf-raises 50lbs x 12/10/10/10
Standing calf-raises 90*/100lbs x 12*/10/10/10*

Knees were giving out walking out of the gym so I know I hit my legs hard. Rested about :60 but a few :90 rests. Huge leg pump from Volatile and worked up a good solid sweat too.

Switched to a new intraworkout product by bodybuildingDOTcom's brand called "amino recovery". Got watermelon flavor. To die for! good profile too!

Nice work! I need to get back to more Squats/Deads etc. I have just been focused on all this 10x10 circuit stuff to lose weight.

Thanks! I am feeling it today haha. Getting a little stressed out about moving. My go to stress reliever is getting a good stim buzz..
Currently vibrating in my chair while typing this out haha.

1.5 scoops volatile at 8:20. gym by 8:35. Did arms today since tomorrow is move in day.

5 sets supersetted @ 10 reps each

Superset 1:
A) DB hammer curls 25/25/25/25/25
B) EZ bar curls with band 52.5/52.5/52.5/52.5/52.5
----band probably added 10-15 lbs resistance on top of listed weight
----bar was larger EZ bar ~22.5lbs

Superset 2:
A) Close grip Bench 80/95/95/95/95
B) EZ bar skullcrushers 52.5/52.5/52.5/52.5/52.5
----22.5 lb bar

Superset 3: 4 sets 10 reps each
A) BB Landmine shoulder press +25/+35/+25/+25
B) DB lateral raise 12/12/12/12
C) DB bent rear deltoid fly 15/15/15/15
----exercise A props a BB into a grounded device that allows it to pivot, thus determining the weight lifted at a pivoted angle is ??? So I just listed the 25lb plate added to the bar
 
my apologies for not updating recently. moved in officially as of yesterday so did not lift/run yesterday. woke up this morning around 7:20, Volatile by 7:25. In the apartment complex I am in, it has a bare bones gym. free weights that go from 5lb to about 50lb and an "all-in-one" cable pulley machine that I believe will be able to be used for my workouts. has a few cardio equipment but nothing special. only benefit is its barely used by anyone in the mornings :D. anyways did a quick cardio session, 1 mile run @ 7.2 mph then .25 miles at 3.8mph/8% incline. burned like 160 calories. there is a scale in the gym here but I don't believe it is accurate. said I weighed 136lb. I F--king hope not! I was 146 like 2 days ago lol. though the past two days I have not been able to eat nearly as much as I was before, but that shouldn't have resulted in 10lb loss! I am thinking the majority of it is water weight since my fluids haven't been up to the 100+ oz they usually are. I will have to find another scale and see how off it is.
 
went out last night with my classmates but was able to get a gym session in this morning. took Volatile at 11:30AM and worked out by noon. superset #1: DB bench press @ 45lb x 14/12/12/10/10 with high cable flyes 8 plates x 14/14/14/12/12. superset #2 Sitting rows @ 18 plates x 12/10/10/10/10 with lat pull down 11 plates x 10/10/10/10/10. Superset #3 single arm cable pushdown x 8 plates x 10/10/10 with push-ups 15/15/15. Superset #4 DB rows 40lb x 12/10/10 with high cable pulls 14 plates x 14/12/10. the gym in my apartment is basic. NO BENCH!?!? or bench press stand. freeweight from 15 to 50 lbs and an "all-in-one" gym machine with broken parts lol. might have to improvise a little more. huge pump in my lats/chest/back today. still going strong at 1.5scoops Volatile.

Good job making due with what you have, my man. Sometimes that's all you can do. I travel a lot for work and 99% of hotel gyms are a disgrace.
 
Busy lately. Classes pretty much from 8am-8pm and some reading on top of that. Did chest/back on Monday and arms/shoulders Tuesday. Seems like might need to switch to full body circuits on the weekends to increase time management. Will try to update but school comes first still have a solid pump
