Chest Blast



I wanted to start off slow

2 Scoops of Modern BCAAs with 1 Scoop of Test Powder ( i encourage you all to try this, youll see why)





Smith Machine Incline Press

225 lbs for 2 sets of 15 (first set was my warm up set)

315 lbs for 2 sets of 10

405 lbs for 2 sets of 6

225 lbs for 1 set of 15

I needed to test my strength once again. I was praying that I didnt lose anything, and by the looks of It I didnt. Yes my joints felt a little stiff, but one good elbow blow to the wall what left a little dent all was good.



Incline Dumbbell Press

50 lbs for 10 reps

60 lbs for 10 reps

70 lbs for 10 reps

80 lbs for 10 reps

90lbs for 8 reps

100 lbs for 6 reps

I really wanted to key in on my upper pecs with this movement. Each rep is brutal since i normally squeeze and hold for a second or two. Those of you who have even used the heavyweights beyond 70, know what I am talking about.



Close Grip to the Neck Presses on the Smith Machine

225 lbs for 5 sets of 12

With this movement like i mentioned before, not only is a great mass builder for your triceps, but great for your upper pectoral.



Seated Dips

310 for 4 sets of 20

Another great movement for your lower chest, and to key in your triceps.



Pushups

2 sets of 50 non stop

I love the painful feeling when i work on chest, so i just keep the pump and pain with pushups..



Seated Flyes

180 lbs for 2 sets of 20

Great warmdown exercise for chest day. You leave feeling like you benched a bus.





I have not felt this good working on chest in a long time. After that one week off, I am glad to be back and happy that I did not lose any strength. I did however shrink a little.





Post Workout

65 Grams of Pro5 Protein



3 meals consisted of 2 boiled eggs, sirloin steak, and brown rice. (i went with something simple. was a little lazy to cook)

Leg days are always brutal. Sometimes I throw up, sometimes i can barely move..





Smith Machine Squats

The smith machine allows me to focus on the negatives. Most of you know I tore my calf a few years ago, and it has not been the same since. I fear that if I squat heavy again, ill definately tear it up again. At least with the smith machine, i can always drop the weight on the rack.



DB Lunges

50 lbs for 2 sets of 12

60 lbs for 2 sets of 12

70 lbs for 2 sets of 12

80 lbs for 2 sets of 8

Great movement for anyone looking to gain some quality mass



Leg Press

4 plates for 2 sets of 10

6 plates for 2 sets of 10

8 plates for 2 sets of 8

10 plates for 2 sets of 6

Finally my gym has a leg press machine. the cable ones suck and i normally max it out everytime, but at least this one allows me to grow my quads again



Seated Machine Calf Raise

3 plates for 2 sets of 30

4 plates for 2 sets of 20

I had to throw in some movement for my calves. I feel i have been neglecting them and not pushing it to its full potential.



Lying leg Curls

2 plates for 3 sets of 10

My legs were spent already. I coud not do anymore..



Warmdown was 20 minutes on thetreadmill at a 5 degree incline.





Honestly, i hate leg days.





Post Workout

65 grams of Pro5 Protein mixed with oatmeal and bananas.



3 of my meals were lean chicken breast chopped with red potatoes
 
Damn bro. At 260lbs how much you eating to get bigger?! Lol

Last week I lost about 4-5 lbs because of a little food poisoning.. Back to normal now.. Honestly I eat a lot more now.. Versa 1 increasedy appetite for food as well as heavier weights..

Reverse Cable Lateral Raises

This is a great tool if you do not want to use dumbbells

Standing Barbell Upright Rows

185lbs for 2 sets of 10

225lbs for 2 sets of 6

This is a great warm-up and the staple of arm routines.. nothing gets my blood flowing like this exercise



Skull Crushers

110 lbs for 5 sets of 12

I had to result to smaller ez curl bar for this. it sort of threw off my mojo..



DB Curls

60lbs for 2 sets of 12

70lbs for 2 sets of 10

80lbs for 2 sets of 6

With the blood pumping still in my arms, i endured the pain of these.. honestly they are my least favorite workout for biceps even though they pack on the most mass for me.



Weighted Dips

2 plates for 12 reps

3 plates for 10 reps

4 plates for 8 reps

Bodyweight for 30 reps

I was spent already after this workout. my arms were so jellyish but i still had one more bicep workout to do.



Machine Curls

210 lbs for 4 sets of 10

This was my warm down exercise where i focus on the negatives

This was just a warmup set. This pumps the most blood through out my body, mainly my chest.

Whit movement allows me to catch both my medial and upper pectorals.



DB Flyes

Barbell Bench Press for reps

I just wanted to rep this exercise. It allowed me to feel the burn.



CLose Grip to the Neck Press Smith Machine

You all know i love this movement building larger triceps and upper pectorals still
