Went in and hit some back and bi's this morning. Didnt get a whole lotta sleep last night and still feeling pretty crappy so I couldn't hardly drag my ass to the gym. Which left me in a hurry. Heavy deads were supposed to be on the menu but after my first set I knew thy wasn't going to be the case. Wveryon who knows me knows i hate deads and they are my weakest lift. Light headed and felt pukey after every set. Gotta shake this soon. A little better today hopefully completely better by Sunday leg day. Pump from the swoll-n is a little better every day. And the PWO hit me hard today. Face was tingling within minutes and feeling energized with 20.

Thanks man. It's pretty weak really but I just started DLing a few months ago (June I think) and haven't went heavy for like 2 months. I pulled 425 in suggest or September ill be over that soon.

If I'd been able to try out swoll-n before the weekend I would have definitely jumped on the bogo deal but alas the mailman wasn't good to me this week. =(

Little update..

Off day yesterday. Took the boy to go see santa ha he had a blast! Had my last cheat meal for the next few weeks last night for dinner. Weighing in at 215.4 this morning.

Legs/chest later on today. Spending the day today working put details on my diet for the next 16-18 weeks. Ill start adding diet details in as soon as I get everything worked out.
 
Alright guys put the pen to paper today and got diet all dialed in for the recomp phase of this cycle. Will need a little adjusting as I get into to but here's what I have worked out so far. I figured my Maintence calories using a BMR calculator and multiplying by 1.55 and I'm close to 3100. I'm going to be using kind of a Keto/IF hybrid style diet. On and off days using a 50/40/10 (PFC) macro. 3000 cals on gym days letting cardio bring me into a deficit. and 2500 on off days. With an 8 hr eating window. Refeeding carbs once every 7 days. Goal here is to shed BF at about 1-2 lbs a week starting out. Im open to Any input on this. The next stage will be middle February. Let me know what you think. Here's my numbers from this afternoon. Shoulders and tris in the morning. Legs/chest
