It kicks ass. I don't hold much fat in my arms at all but not much definition. My muscle is just bulky and dense. I need to fig out something with my bis. My tris are where I hold the most girth haha

Me too I was scared to death of change swore I didn't even want kids, now I can't imagine life without the lil man. Now we can't get prego go figure. At least I was blessed with one healthy kid. i was putting him to bed in his new bunk bed last night and I taught him how to do pull-ups while hanging onto the top bunk and told him to do ten every night b4 he goes to sleep lol, he's 4. I could hear him grunting on the monitor while I was in bed. Funny ****.
