Well had to take some time off thanks to the rain. Sucks not having a gym or a place inside to work out. Today we had some sun so took 3 doses of epic and went out for a hell of a workout. Did chest, back and arms. Strength was way up today. I upped the resistance and was still doing high reps in the 10 range. The thing that sucks is on chest and back workouts. I'm using the maxs resistance. So I have shorting rest between sets. I'm still doing supersets. May try to change it up a little to see if I can up the intensity on the muscles I maxed on. May add a 3rd workout to each set or something. I really need to start making money so I can get back into a gym. After I get working I would like to get another bottle of epic and a couple ph19 and hit the gym. Until then I will keep doing what I can do.

Not how they are feeling, what effects they are noticing, what gains/losses they are getting, none of that. I like to see the weight routines just for a progression scale but I really WANT to see the effects. I like how you are toying with the dosing and mixing things up. You just keep on doing your thing.

Taste is good. Always take it the insane way. Agmatine would be great in it. I'm also hoping they make a liquid version of ASGT.

The label gives two ways of taking it. Standard dose 1-2 servings in 10 oz. of water. or Insane dose 1-2 servings. Pour 1 serving into mouth and swish, hold in mouth for 60 seconds and swallow.
 
Another great workout thanks to epic. Started out with my normal Legs, shoulder and abs, but had so much energy left over I thought to myself it has been a long time since I really hit my forearm. So I added an intense forearm workout. My forearms are so pumped it is hard to type this. :)

Another killer workout. strength still on the rise. Muscle memory? I did a chest, back, arm, and forearm workout. Great energy all the way to the end, and the pump is insane.

Yeah buddy! I love how my muscles blow up within a couple mins of taking EPIC, that Glycerol is truly EPIC!

I had a good workout today. It was leg, shoulder, and abs day. Couldn't hit the legs the way I wanted too. My knee has been bothering me. May wrap it next time. Other than that the rest of the workout was great. Shoulders are really pumped. Looking in the mirror makes me really wish I had the place and money to do a full recomp. This time off from working out I really put on the fat and it shows. So I know what I will be doing for a future. Having winter coming really sucks since at this point I will not have a place to workout.

The biggest problem is space. I'm living in a small camper so not much space to do a workout. When the snow hits the only workout I will be getting is shoveling.

Great workout today. Over the weekend I found my Fat Gripz so I put them in the mix today. I did back, chest, arms and forearms today. With the Epic and the Fat Gripz it made for one hell of a workout. I keep playing around with dose on the epic and 3 doses seems to be the sweet spot for me.
 
i think once we get the agmatine batch we will be able to cut down on the dose as it should bring up the pump with out the giant stim effect. i do 2.5 so i deffinately can appreciate your intake levels.

The funny thing is I don't really feel the stim in this product the way I feel it is ASGT. It is more like energy without the wired feel. I can't wait to try it with the agmatine in it.

Any complaints about me using Erase while doing this log? I have a bottle in the cupboard.
 
Ok just got done my workout. Still on 3 doses. Legs, shoulders, and abs today. Shoulders have a really nice pump.
 
what are u logging? EPIC? then np with your erase combo..
Yah running Epic and loving it. Just didn't want to start using something with it without LGs approval. Since you guys were nice enough to let me try it.
 
i would only have been worried if it was a pH or something else wich could skew your perceptions. epic will stack just fine with your AI
 
Well this morning I woke up sick. Hoping I can shake it fast. and keep working out.
 
Get better BRO! I know the Epic makes it hard to keep your self out of the gym but don't start over-training or your immune system will take a toll!! You see the new Epic Shot glasses?? All the new bottles are shipped with em'!
 
i weighed in today, was at 198.2 so im guessing my run is worth 12 lbs. here is a before soon i will take afters.

The cold seems to be getting better. should be able to get back to working out soon
 
Well I'm feeling much better but now we got 3 days of heavy rain and winds. I will have to find some workouts I can do inside for the next few days.
 
Ok cold over and rain stopped. So it was time to get back to working out. 3 doses of Epic and now taking erase 2 times a day. Today's workout was chest, back and arms. Pump came real fast. Felt good to be working out again. Still trying to line up a place to workout once the snow flies.

Here's hoping that you can find a gym so you do not have to workout in the snow
 
Great workout today. Legs, shoulder and abs. Now for the bad news. Got on a scale to find out my current weight. I'm at 215 :( I need to make a major change in my diet. When I was my heaviest I was at 220 and I busted my ass down to 185. Now I'm almost back where I started. My meals are pretty lean. The problem is I eat a lot of it. I'm one of those that people that can make a buffet place go out of business.

I eat clean most of the time, but I eat a lot too...

I'm lifting as heavy as I can with the tower 200. Not like real weights. I do some cardio but not as much as I should.
