I actually saw that same thing happen to my dad, he wasn't deadlifting at the time though, just working on replacing kitchen cabinets... it looked crazy to see his bicep tucked up into his arm like that. he ended up getting his bicep screwed back together but the doc.said that since he was older and had a desk job that he didn't need to....

I'm don't like it. He is 5. Kids should be kids! Play sports, video games, get into fights. Wait until you are at least in 7th or 8th grade to start working out.
