Okay, so this is my first SD cycle, but not my first cycle. I will be taking my first dose of SD at 5am Saturday, hit the gym around 6am.
This is a clean bulk.

Preloading weeks 1 & 2
hawthorn berries 1 gram
Milk Thistle 2gram
***Current blood pressure is 89/57 @ 71 beats a min***

weeks 3-6
SD 10/20/20/20
AMS 4ad @ 400mg with SD (to combat lethargy, as a test base)

SUPPORT SUPPS
Liv. 52 recomended dose or higher if needed daily
hawthorn berries @ 1 gram a day
Multi Vitamin daily
Saw Palm as needed
Fish-oil 3-5 grams daily
Now Red omega ( fish oil with coq-10 and red yeast rice) recomended dose
alpha lipotic acid recomended dose
Taurine 3-6 grams a hour preworkout
L-carnitine L-tartarate
2 gallons of water daily

weeks 7-10 PCT
Clomid 75/50/50/25
DAA 3 grams for 6 weeks
Erase 0/0/3/3/3/2/1
Creatine mono 5 grams pre workout
l-citruline malate
BCAA's
Agmatine
*Plus all support supps through out PCT*
 
One last cheat meal before cycle. Feeling a little bloated.

oh yeah, I thought about it, but I never tried SD before and I'm not sure how my body will react so probably stick with 10mg. Have you run it before and started @ 20mg?
 
5 am had 2 fish oils, 2 table spoons natty pnut butter and 10mg SD whoohoo, washed that down with some LCLT 2 grams, and 200mg 4AD.
workout was 5 min jog, then
Bench Press, 2 warmup sets of 12 @95lbs, the 3 working sets of 10 @ 135lbs, sprained AC joint 7 weeks ago, but these numbers should increase
Face pulls, 4 sets of 15 @ 20lbs
Rear Delt flye, 6 Sets of 12 @ 40lbs
Incline Bench Press 4 sets of 10 @ 95lbs
Lat Pulldown 3 sets of 12 @ 100lbs
Dips bodyweight 1 set of 25
172 pounds empty. Not bad for 7 weeks off.

haha, thanks man, thats my winter mask for my motorcycle, as you can see from my pics i have alot of work to do, but i transform quick, yo my SD pills are red, what color were yours?

Good to have you, i dont know what my Body fat is, i just bought a tape measure, gonna try the old army calculation. i'll post it when i figure it out.
 
ok so i got some measurements for Day 1
Chest = 39in
Waist = 36in
Leg = 23in
Neck = 16
Biceps = 15in pipe cleaners lol
Forearm = 12.5in
Wrist = 7.5in
Body fat % is 20 - 23 according to online calculator? might have done something wrong lol.
I'm off to eat some lunch, pound the gf and get a power nap.

Ok, so i'm about to eat dinner, Guacamole Turkey burger, with tater tots. Then i'm gonna down my support supps, and before bed have some greek yogurt and 200mg 4AD. I can't wait for tomorrow, its leg day. I thought i'd make you all hungry by sharing my dinner.

Thats a 1 inch thick patty custom of course lol

Day 2
5am 2 fish oil caps, 1 table spoon natty pnut butter 10mg SD, 200mg 4AD, 2 grams LCLT
Libidio seems higher, other than that no real change yet. Today was leg day, 5 mins cardio for warm-up
gym 6am
Squats - 2 sets 0f 12 @ 135lbs, 3 sets of 8 @ 185lbs. All the way down each rep.
Deadlifts - 4 sets of 12 @ 135 - probably should have some carbs before legs, seeing stars on these
Rotary calf machine - 3 sets of 20 @ 115lbs
Standing calf machine - 2 sets of 12 @ 250lbs Deep Fascia stretch after last set.
Seated leg curl - 3 sets of 12 @ 75lbs
Seated Leg extension - 3 sets of 8 @ 160lbs
All in all feeling good about it, except for deads, that decreased alot with shoulder injury. I'm looking forward to walking funny for the next few days, haha. I work mon-fri but i will try and update this everyday.

haha, yeah I go through 2 phases a year, shaved head in spring summer, long hair in winter...my friends would tease me and ask when my head and shoulders commercial was coming out...lmao
 
You feeling it yet? Maybe I just respond stupid well, but I just did a tester/pulse cycle Monday. Loaded with 10mg Mon/20mg Tues. Wed/off Thursday 20mg and I am up 6lbs... This was more of just a "test" to see how I respond, but I genuinely wasn't expecing to go from 168 monday morning to to almost 174 this morning (6 days). I actually "felt" it kick in about an hour after my first 10mg dose... I'm not going to continue the "cycle" mainly because I am not prepared for it right now, but damn I love how jacked I look all the time haha!

Enjoy the cycle, CARB LOAD LIKE NO OTHER... Seriously, no joke, I had to maintain a retarded amount of carbs just to feel "right". The more carbs I ate, the bigger I grew.
