Need Help

I am 15 years old. Been working out for a year now. Havent seen much gain and havent gained much weight im 5'8 at 116 pounds. I want to get big as possible. I had creatine and whey protein walmart brand. They tasted way to gross for me even to drink. So i read a thread on here about muscle milk and i bought 2 pounds of chocolate muscle milk. I would like other suggestions to get stronger and bigger also. Im on a budget and please give me links or good details on the stuff. Im a noob!
 
EAT EAT EAT.. Its about your diet. Supplements will not do anything in tell you get a diet down. I wouldnt even worry about Creatine at 15 to be honest with you. google work outs get that down eat more and Protein shakes should be your secondary protein resource. the protein from food will do more. Keep your calories around 2500 and you will see a big difference. Supplements are a waste of money if you dont have everything else down.
 
It just seems like im never hungry i try to eat i just can never finish a meal or eat maybe an appetite booster or something?

Its all about dedication. While you are small you might have to force yourself to eat more and more. Try to split it into 6 meals a day. But eat as much as possible, even if you have to force yourself. Once you start to grow, your appetite will grow as well.
 
i know the feeling of not hungry i have that problem to but as u eat more your body will except more. Just keep eating and you will see the gains
 
The answer is patients just keep grinding it will take TIME to get yoked just have a goal constant in your mind and work every day to it **** your 15 I know you want the results now but just sip on some protein and do you lifts no need for anything crazy dedication gets you big not supps.

Yea I have grabbed them a couple times when in a bind for a meal at work, they are like 3.50 at my local walgreens.

Most will agree the powder is overpriced as well compared to just a regular whey product.
 
Certain foods that i should be eating alot of?? I am wanting to gain alot of weight atleast 30 pounds.

eggs, Milk, soy, penut butter, chicken, beef, fish..... all high protien

im 16 and ive put on 50lbs and lost fat over the last year and know how difficult it is to get a good heavy breakfast and lunch with school. the one lunch period u get is not enough u need to have a morning and afternoon snack or atleast one of the two, protien bars and shakes are the most convenient for this

also its not just about getting enough grams of protien per day its when u eat it the ideal anabolic windows are right after a workout and before bed

as far as supplements a good amino support and a protien shake r really all u need but creatine definately wouldnt hurt specific supplements i recomend are IDS SmartGainer (protien). ON amino2222(aminos), and SciFit KreAlkalyn-1500(creatine)
