The new and improved 'Official' Aust/NZ Customs and Your Supps List

M-Drol in suitcase???

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but I will give it a shot anyway:

I am planing a trip to Europe early next year and was thinking about buying some M-Drol or P-Plex in UK while I am there.

Does anybody know what my chances are of getting it through customs here in Australia in my suitcase?
 
Im not talking about Musashi or Body Ripped or Aussie Bodies - that's all over-priced sh1t.

Im talking about the small producers who buy pure whey from the manufacturer, bag it up with no frills for a reasonable price.

If you cant be fkd cooking a steak, then enjoy being a NotBig :laugh:

cant go wrong, 10kg of wpi inc the aminos for $210 :P
 
hey this is my first post here, but i'v been looking through this particular forum regularly for months. with the info i picked up from this forum i have successfully imported 4 orders into Australia consisting mostly of usplabs asteroid stack (anabolic pump, powerfull and prime) but also fat blasters such as usplabs recreate, and alri poison and pre-workouts like white flood and usplabs jacked. my last order, consisting of everything just mentioned was opened and inspected by customs and still made it through for anyone wondering. the information i gathered from this forum was invaluable thank you very much to all the regular posters in this forum and epically to jackellpet, i have been reading all of the posts for months now, and without this forum i would have no doubt ordered my supplements through a different very popular company and had them delivered by the express fed ex option and probably had them blocked by customs, so just thought i'd say thanks a lot. :D
 
hi,this is my first post here,i ordered 2 bottles of ibe epistane trough island supplements in the US......got sent by ups and seized by customs in mascot nsw according to tracker.
has anyone imported epistane lately?

epistane is banned in Aus, If anyone has got it through, it's been by luck alone.

All thr info you need to know is in the 1st 6 posts in this thread. Have a good read and fire back any q's if something isnt clear.

I think it was a result of the 'clean thread' a few people got the ban hammer from that one. Seems a little harsh to me if it's permanent, a week ban or removal of reputation should have sufficed to get the point across.

I dont risk anything these days, not worth another notice. None of it is that good.

I have some m-stak here, i hear so many good reviews about it.... should try it!

Its funny but people sell it on ebay n stuff, and i got my testabolan v2 held.. its a crock fo crap.. guess there is dodgy customs officers. :P

I have said this like 50000 times.. 11-oxo is FREAKIN LEGAL.

I've cleared it with the TGA, including the chemical number. It's 100% LEGAL.

Order it from anywhere, NUTRAPLANET STOCKS IT. :)

If you have an email from the TGA saying it's LEGIT.. then they have to release it.

Its not all that good tbh a little hardening was all I noticed and more sore joints. I doubt my joints will be able to take any more of these poisons :(

Somebody should but its almost a guarantee that whoever does will end up getting the ban hammer, given history has a habit of repeating.

Since the good people are already banned, i don't really give a f about getting banned aswel.....
 
Just a heads up to the NZ Nutra customers just had my 2 bottles of 11-Sterone and 2 bottles of 6 Bomo seized.

Got a letter today from Medsafe saying both products are anabolic steroids and prescription only. They stated if I obtained a doctors script for them and forwarded a copy then they would be released.

This is the risk you take I guess. Considering all the things I've imported in the past and had no problems.

And I can't be bothered arguing with some government official over what is or isn't an anabolic steroid.

Well said,like i keep on saying Aust/NZ customs are bullies and it does not matter if it's on the stupid TGA list or not.In the past i have ordered many Prosteroids.Most of them got through but one day i got a seizure letter for two Havoc's and two P-Mags ordered through Nutraplanet-FED EX.The moral of the story never use FED-EX always use UPS or even better USPS!:1244:

All got through fine within a week via USPS, quite happy! I guess the AUS customs can be rational sometimes.

USPS Priority Mail International

I have put through 4 or 5 orders in the last few months to stock up my "medicine cabinet" and they all came through without any problems using USPS. Then I tried a shop in the UK for the very first time using UK Royal Mail and it got seized straight away.

The morale of this story?

1. Never change a winning team
2. Use USPS Priority Mail International for orders from US

Using USPS is not a guarantee to get your order in but I have never had any problems or issues with them in the past.
 
I am glad this thread is up and still running and I got a lot of very helpful tips and information of it and I am always thankful when I can learn from others experiences but I dont really understand this list on the very first page.

Does this list show
A. products which are legal to import to Australia or is it just
B. a list of products which have been imported succesfully in the past but should actually have been seized??

If it is case A then the list is incorrect. If it is case B then it is useless because I need to know what I can legally bring in and not, what someone else got in just by chance.

Novedex XT and Reversitol for example are both listed in the Non-Hormonal list but I got it seized a few weeks ago. Should both items still be on the list??? Doesnt make sense in my opinion. I might as well flip a coin. I dont want to sound like a **** at this point and I appreciate that other members have put together this list but I was hoping we could work on this very list and take it to the next level.

I am bad with chemical names of products and have tried to go through the TGA list of banned substances but it all looks like chineese to me.

Is there anybody out there who would be interested in working together on a new list showing all products which are perfectly legal (accoring to TGA) to import to Australia?? That way we would know exactly what we can order without the risk of seizures.

This could be very interesting with some new products/new compounds to be expected after the ph ban.

Personally I think companies are taking huge risks putting out new compounds.. the FDA will only get harsher with plenty and i don't think jail time seems too appealing to make a few thousands bucks!

Supplements are 50/50... to be honest.. what you mentioned is ILLEGAL.. I'm sure ATD get's held.. I have had 6-bromo cleared with the CAS number before my mate sent me some hyperdrol 2's.. so I made sure i had TGA clearance.. because if customs holds it, and you can prove in an email they said it's ok.. they HAVE to release it.

Off course, these days its not just the TGA, you have the AQIS, the herbal division too.. and some never reply.. it's a major head****!

Im ordering less n less to be honest, as i can't afford to lose thousands or anymore notices.

Thats right. 11-oxo is legal to import to Australia.

Heres what the TGA told me:

Dear XXXXXXX

Thank you for your enquiry regarding importing a supplement for your personal use . I am from the Office of Prescription Medicines of the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and in response to your enquiry, I offer you the following information.

Australian residents and visitors to Australia can legally import certain therapeutic goods for personal use under the personal import exemption. This exemption does not allow the personal importation of either substances or drugs prohibited by Customs legislation, or, injectable drugs that contain material of human or animal origin (except insulin), unless an import permit has been obtained.

11-OXO (andrenosterone) is not prohibited under Regulation 5, 5G or 5H of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956 and therefore will not require an import permit. Under the personal importation exemption you may import up to a three month supply per import and no more than a fifteen month supply in a twelve month period. The medication must be for your personal use or a member of your immediate family.
