But I have some of that Epi powder in stash for later. I'll make an olive-oil suspension out of it when I do run it. Dude, stuff is running out everywhere. They have it capped now. They got people hooked and jacked up the price in caps now that people know they're legit (100% speculation and I have no evidence to support this theory whatsoever). Business is business I suppose.
 
Pct Day 12--only 9 Days To Go Now!!!

I just finished this morning's rowing machine cardio session. It was easy. And I went longer than usual also! I'm starting to feel really fit now with all the weight-loss since last fall. I've lost 30 pounds of mostly bodyfat in a very slow manner since last August. I'm feeling better than I have since my early 20's, so it's all very exciting for me right now! I'm all pumped about it. My energy levels are excellent at this point in PCT. Libido is just fine with NO problems there! Strength is unbelievable along with endurance. My joints are holding up fine even through PCT. The weights haven't fallen off one bit either!! I'm ecstatic about that also! I've lost 2 of the 5 pounds I gained on-cycle. But the cycle was an intended cutter anyway!:eek: The D-Bols must've gave it a different twist. No problem! The weight gain was really lean anyway. The weight-loss has been pure water. I'm looking lean and mean right now!!:aargh: Only 9 days to go until I start a new maniacal cycle!! It's going to be straight-up CRAZY!!:fool2: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

TG ive never seen som1 do this many designers in this fashion. very interesting. since i finished my 5 week cycle, my strength has continued to go up (day 7 now of pct) and weight has mantained at 200 but i am very tired in the gym and have only half the energy i had while on. i guess i got shut down kinda hard, im starting to get a few aches and pains now as well, im saying this because i dont think i could cycle how you are and always feel good about it, i feel like that is so much damn stress on the body, then again your cutting and im bulking, so it might be easier without stuffing oneself every meal. but still! what your doin is very interesting and im curious to see how much you can gain after everything youve gained in your first 3 weeker. if you continue to gain, and as well as you gained before, then i may have to give this a try. i am really curious about what is going to happen. and i kno you said you werent going to get bloodwork done, when would you? if you started feeling sick? how do you know your liver values arent sky high and that you could be breaching dangerous territory? or what about your lipids? are you concerned about them? im curious because im getting concerned for you! haha, keep up the good work tho!

The 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off would stretch out your supply longer for sure. And you won't have such long PCT's to deal with. 3 weeks go by so fast, it almosts feels like you're on all the time. I still "feel" like I did a few weeks back while on-cycle. And by the time that feeling starts to fade, it's time to get back on the Roid Train again. All Aboard!!! CHOO-CHOO!!! Thanks for your concerns LatsRus!! I really appreciate it bro. But I'm taking lots of supports and precautions along the way. My lipids were fine the last time I had them checked several months ago. Liver enzymes are a different story. I just don't know what they are right now, even though I feel absolutely great! The liver is very resilient when it is given time to recover properly. And I NEVER drink. NONE!! And I do take Liver-Supports during my PCT's. But not while on-cycle as I don't want to hinder my androgens' effects. There are signs one can experience if liver problems arise. Drastic changes in bowel movements' color. Bile duct obstruction. Jaundice where the whites of your eyes start to look yellow and then your skin follows suit. I have no adverse signs of anything being wrong at this point. I'm not insane! I won't harm myself in order to improve my appearance. This is about improving our health after all. That's my main goal. Not strength or muscle size. But to be physically fit and healthier. I've lost 30 pounds of fat over the last 10 months and lowered my blood lipids, cholesterol, and blood pressure drastically within that time frame as well!! :thumbsup: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

It's just a rental,but thank you.I used to get a realy good deal at my apts but they have jacked up the rent considerably the past 2 yrs.I don't get why people would live here.The asking price for my 1 bedroom is $710.This house I'm looking at 3 minutes away is a 3 bedroom with a fenced yard,a garage,in a nice neighborhood,and $825.It's a no brainer to me.Apt living can get so annoying at times!The lady should let me know today if I got it.

Thats the plan if I become a personal trainer.I hear so many get burned out on the gym and I don't blame them.The gym crowd can get annoying and I'm there 5 days 45-90 minutes.So I would love to get a home gym set up.I already have a olympic bench and bb's and adjustable db's.It would have a nice radio that would be playing pantera about 80% of the time and a TV to put in a dvd of a pro training.Preferably guys like Branch Warren!
 
Pct Day 13

LEGS AND SHOULDERS: I had an extraordinary workout this morning. Must've been the extra good carbs I took in yesterday. I did it on purpose to get ready for legs!! They always wear my arse out!! Here's a few numbers from the fray: LEG EXTENSIONS: 120 X 12. MACHINE SQUATS: 305 X 15!! Last 3 reps with a rest-pause of about 3 to 5 seconds in between. This machine is just fukkin' brutal!! That's all I can say about it. But I feel them so much better in my quads than just regular squats. STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 275 X 10. ONE-LEGGED HAMSTRING CURLS: 82 and 1/2 X 10. MACHINE SHOULDER PRESSES: 210 x 10!! PR!! I can't believe how much I've gained on these over the last couple of months! 30 pounds! BARBELL UPRIGHT ROWS: 135 X 10. ONE-ARM CABLE SIDE-LATERALS FROM BEHIND THE BACK: 55 X 10. ONE-ARM REAR CABLE LATERALS FROM OVERHEAD PULLEY: 65 X 10. This is the most productive PCT I've ever experienced. I like this PCT supplementation scheme and will use it again for sure. I highly recommend it to others as well!! My legs and shoulders are uber pumped right now. I can hardly flex my muscles even. I personally don't recommend spending any more cash on a home gym than a power rack, a few sets of olympic plates, and a multiangle bench. The home gym gets stale REALLY fast.

I personally gym hop with 1 month memberships, sneak into college gyms, use a few fascilities at work, and use my power rack. Keeping a fresh environment outweighs the minor annoyances of having to crank up your mp3 player to keep the jabronis from bothering you IMO.

I know how you feel!I got less than 5 months left and I'm so excited.Be carefull man cause if you get in trouble again the probation sentence will be longer and even more classes as well.Like repeat offenders classes and group counseling classes.They are usually months long and expensive!

Definately!California as well.I just don't see why someone would live in these apts when they can get a nice house for the same price or slightly more.Last I heard their were 20 empty apts with 20 1 month move out notices.These people need to figure it out........and they will.........Their fixing to fire the manager but if you charge too much it's not the managers fault.The lady called me today and said I got the house by the way.VERY NICE!!!!

Interesting and in some ways (not a puss) frightening. I am at the end of a cycle and... well I feel really good, though I'm cutting. I think it's the caloric deficit and morning cardio that's making my somewhat tired... ah screw it... I feel great. Just been busting my ass, nah mean? Though, I'm taking a TON of different anti-oxidants and about 8-10 grams vitamin C throughout the day with 30 grams glutamine and over 2 gallons of water, easy.

UPDATE: Well, I'm 2 full weeks into PCT as of now and everything seems to be as it should be. I feel very recovered at this point. I know the "boys" are fine and working at optimal level!! lol Muscle soreness seems to be the only "negative" so far. I don't mind some pain though. Pain lets you know you're still alive!!:aargh: Pain has walked with me through every valley and strode along beside me on the mountaintops as well. Pain has been a constant, never fleeting companion on this long road of mortality that Odin has placed me on. But I keep telling myself, pain is only temporary, pride is forever!! Energy is holding steady. Endurance is up somewhat due to an increase in cardio during this PCT. Aggression is still high, but that's normal for me.:aargh: Only 1 week to go now!! I'm starting to get excited!!! :woohoo:THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Thanks bra....I just took the kiddos to see the Kung Fu Panda it was pretty damn good for a kids flick too!! Really made me want to get back "on".....don't know why but it did lol.....Won't be long now, 3 more (long ass) weeks. I'll start preloading next week for it:woohoo:

I pretty much know I would be fine,but I don't like the thought of knowing I will be drinking one day and then starting a cycle before it.I'm just not the most chipper social person........maybe the least actually........but alcahol will change that right around!Thats why I can call myself a social drinker now.I used to be a drunk!I can still put quite a few beers away without getting outright drunk though.I had 10 at my last party.I had a somewhat high tolerance when I first started drinking and then magnafied it from 17-20,21.IDK though.I might start start the cycle sooner cause the little party might not even happen.We might be busy with work and push it off a couple times untill it's forgotten.My parents are giving me a weed eater and buying me a lawn mower so thats all the "house warming" gifts I need!House warming!.......WTF!?I was told about this party at my soon to be house.Step Mom says,"well we know you wont plan it,so we are............"

I'm the same way with the tolerance thing bro. When I start drinking again it's like I never stopped in the first place! I can drink a Fifth in a night no problem, But I get a buzz a lot easier.....I just keep going and going, and going.........:drunk::afro::chick::fool2::sick: lol all in that order too lol.......

While the article is fairly lenient on A.A.S., (as T1 says) the point is knowing which compounds to look for in order to differentiate between differential and A.A.S-induced hepatic distress. AST/ALT values are raised with strenuous activity, and their levels alone are not enough to determine liver health after a heavy oral cycle.
 
Pct Day 15

BACK AND BICEPS: This was an incredible workout to say the least! Awesome strength and the pumps were fantastic. I guess it's from the 20 grams of creatine per day!! Some numbers from the battlefront: LAT PULLDOWNS: 280 X 10!! PR!!:woohoo: I had to do it. And you know what, it wasn't that freakin' hard. I couldn't believe it went so smoothly. REVERSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 265 X 10. CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 240 X 12. SEATED CABLE ROWS: 290 X 10. STANDING MACHINE ROWS: 200 X 10. MACHINE SHRUGS: 300 X 12. These felt awesome. I'm gonna stick with these for a few weeks. Weights should go up from here. I've done Barbell Shrugs with 505 for 8 reps, so there's some to spare!!:fool2: STANDING CABLE CURLS: 175 X 10. ONE-ARM CABLE PREACHER CURLS: 75 X 10!! Very hard! I backed off to 55 X 10 for some slow strict ones that blew my biceps up like 2 footballs!! LYING CABLE CURLS FROM OVERHEAD PULLEY: 130 X 12. What a pump from these babies!!! This was a 5 star workout for sure!! Next week when I train back and biceps I'll be trippin' on tren!!:aargh: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
