Try switching to standing military press, IMO it works a lot better. You might want to check your form on the barbell row, try to get your back parallel with the floor.

I've tried doing them parallel but it put too much stress on my lower back, I do them slightly higher so my lower back doesnt wear out before my lats.

Yah I think I'm gunna switch to standing or push press, the whole seat thing is too akward.
Also, this i my last week here, I do not think I will be doing DC when I go back, I'm debating between 3 programs right now.
