Thanks bolt. It wouldn't be the same without you

I'll be taking you up on that offer. It'll probably be a couple weeks break before I jump back into it. I always wondered what the insider site was all about. I should probably sign up.

  4. I'm curently in "phase 3" of my training, which consists of lower volume and high intensity. Today's workout was solid, and I was happy with what I accomplished. I was missing Versa-1 (first workout without it in 8 weeks), but still had good focus from Enhanced alone.

DB Twist Press (2sec stretch at bottom/2sec squeeze at top)
    80x10
    80x10
    85x8

-used a 45lb plate for a slight incline

Smith Incline Press (20lb bar resistance/ 75% lockout)
    160x25
    170x20
    200x10
    210x8
drop 160x10 (when form started to break)
    drop 110x15 (wide grip)

    supersets

Free Motion Chest Press (2 sec stretch and squeeze/don't know weight used)
    15, 15 partials
    12, 10 partials
    8, 8 partials, drop 10, 10 partials

    Stretch Push Ups
    10
    10
    8

I'll be back in the gym tomorrow for a high intensity arm session.
