EC STACK LOG: 5 on, 2 off

Days 1 - 7: 16mg E, 200mg C am : 16mg E , 200mg C pm or pre workout
depending on how I feel I may up the dosage the following week
Days 7 - 14: 16 or 24mg E, 200mg C am : 16/24mg E , 200mg C pm - maybe go 3x a day depending on feeling!
Days 14 - 31 : the same as 7 - 14

14% body fat

Sample Training Schedule:
Monday - Cardio AM - Back PM
Tuesday- Cardio AM - Arms PM
Wednesday-Cardio AM - Chest PM
Thursday - Cardio AM - Legs PM
Friday- Cardio AM - Shoulders PM

Will be doing a lot of cardio because of SOCCER PRACTICES AND GAMES. 3-5x a week!

Starting this: February/11/2013

I've been reading up on EC stack - theirs been alot of discussion on if you should just go all 7 days on instead of 5 days on and 2 off?
what should I do? 7 on ? or 5 days on and 2 off?

Day 1 - Monday! Feb/11/2013
Weigh in: 180.4 lbs

Breakfast - Egg whites, 3 strips of bacon + one glass of water
2pm : 16mg E , 200mg C

3pm Workout-
Hang Cleans x 95lbs x 25 reps
Squats x 135lbs x 50 reps
Thrusters x 90lbs x 50 Reps

Lunch: Half chicken with baked potato + one glass of water

6pm: 16mg E, 200mg C

Snack - hand full of almonds

11pm - Indoor soccer game (competitive)

Dinner - Chicken Breast and Broccoli with hot sauce - 1 glass of water

Everything is later then a lot of most people because I wake up late around 12 pm so everything is based around my time... unemployed and no school until september!

Day 2 - Feb/12/2013 - Tuesday

Breakfast - Egg whites .. Smoked sausage with water
1pm - 16mg E , 200mg C

5pm - Competitive Soccer Game - Loads of cardio

Lunch - Almonds - salad with veggies

8pm - Soccer Practice

Dinner - Chicken Breast with Broccoli , carrots , celery

I missed my second dose of E and C - didn't want to take it too late...

Will be reporting official one week weight loss on monday

Day 3 - Feb/13/2013


2pm - 16mg E, 200mg C


Breakfast - Egg whites with smoked stripped sausages - Water


Lunch - Subway 6 incher ... Veggie with light mayo and southwest - Chocolate milk


6pm- 16mg E, 200mg C


8pm - 5 kilometer run ..with 100 skips after every km ...timed 25 minutes.


Dinner - BBQ chicken breast with brocolli , Celery, Carrots and a bowl of spinach with water


Loving the energy I get off this stuff - after the 5km I wasn't even tired, was thinking about going to run again!
I've decided to stop crossfit until about May - It's difficult going while I'm in season - I have decided to make a gym membership... well update on my workouts as well.


Will still be continuing cardio!


Can't wait till weigh in day!! - I better not be disappointed!

Snack - spinach bowl - just spinach

6pm - Workout
Deadlift -5x5 - 135/185/251/275/275
Cleans+Push Press 5x5- 95/95/95/115/115
20 mins cardio on treadmill at 10km

Lunch - chicken breast sub - w veggies

will update more.

WEIGH IN DAY!! - 177.4 - was expecting this !couldve been lower but slacked fri-sunday!

1pm- Cardio Session - 3k -20 minutes on treadmill and then 2.26miles of HIIT training on elliptical - 20 minutes

Breakfast - eggs sunnyside up with 3 chicken "bacon style" strips

got sick as **** - diet went to ****.. finally better will continue

while being sick I stopped all supplements - so I'll be restarting tomorrow or monday!
