    So like I said I killed a leg workout this morning after being inspired by reading breezy and fumoneys logs.

    lying hamstring curls 4 sets of 20

    squats A2G 2 sec negative full 1 sec pause in the hole
    135x10
    185x10
    225x10
    245x9.5....failed

    stiff leg deads 4 sec negative

    135x10
    225x10
    275x6 forgot my chaulk so grip issue here

    hack squats
    90x15
    180x15
    270x12
    360x6>>>>270x10>>>>180x10>>>>> >90x10..........

    leg extensions
    5 sets of 20 with 30sec strech ea side

    calves 10 sets of 10-30

    steppper 20 mins HIIT

    tanning

    NOTES
    * workout was done in 1hr 30
    * like zero rest between sets
    * mild back pump (forgot to add taurine to my last NP order if anyone has Bulk taurine they want to trade that woud be excellent)
    * weight was 202.4

    target macros today 309p/250c/54f

    Haha I had no idea. I'm on my phone most of the time, so I never know where it's at. I'd like to thank you for making it possible.

    I've sadly never used any of the EBF line, but have heard plenty of good feedback. Recompadrol is high up on my list of supps to try.

    Getting better at these

    cable flys 7 sets of ~12 30sec strech each breast between sets

    side raises 7 sets of 8-15 (pr of 50sx8 today)

    HS tricep machine 3 sets
    single arm pessdowns 3 sets
    OH rope extensions 7 sets of ~12

    NOTES
    * pump is crazy
    * recovery between sets is incredible, my rest was just to change the weight
    * target macros today 309p/104c/54f
