Alright guys, Ive been busy lately setting up the new business and have been away from the boards alot. I want to get back in touch with all my friends on here and figgured this would be a great way to force me to get on here and check in daily.
So right now ~13 weeks out Im training for the Jay Cutler Classic May 5th in Boston MA should be a great comp much bigger then my last one. I have a great coach and we are about 1 week into prep diet and Im already leaning out.
So the diet....Carb cycling Ill be around 350g protein daily and around 50g fat heres the layout for the next few weeks of carbs
Sunday Monday Tuesday Wed Thursday Friday Saturday

Training is split like this
Chest/tris
Deadlifts/back/bis
Shoulders/traps
squats/legs
repeat till cns/neural fatigue
Cardio is everyday except squat day right now 20minutes intervals on the stepmill will adjust as I progress
Calves and abs are daily as well
