    Good morning 4 sets getting better at these last set was 205x5

    db curls 3 sets of 10ea at 50
    incline db curls 3 sets of 10
    hs preacher curls 7 sets of 10-12

    cardio
    20 minutes stepmill intervals 150 steps a minute for 60 seconds then 100 for 45 repeat for 20minutes
    calves

    NOTES

    Preworkout of choice or homebrew- I have alot of options here just got some Muscle Marinade but probably saving for PCT. Been using Clash by Shredded Labs lately.

    Thinking about grabbing some Clen just in case, didnt use any last show and was pretty shredded, still a ways out and making nice progress

    I feel awesome. Feel strong as a mofo in the gym. Zero to no sides aside from mild back pumps from stiff leg deadlifts. I am really surprised at my strength increases being on such a defecit. Even my "high" day is only like 3400 cals total. Major recomp changes, really leaning out with not much of a change on the scale. depending on how the next week or so goes I may grab another bottle and run this an extra 2 weeks. Another interesting effect is my cardio, my cardio endurance is really good right now I dont get winded or tired at all granted Im not doind too much yet but theres been a noticeable increase

    Killed shoulders today
    Face pulls 4 sets of 25
    side raises 4 sets of ~10 with 50s big increase in this movement over the past few weeks
    Barbell shoulder press
    these feel awesome. worked up to a nice drop set
    205>>>185>>>155>>>135...10 sec pause then repped 135 for another 10
    front raises 3 sets of 15
    shrugs 7 sets of 12-15

    20 minutes intervals stepmill level 16 for 1 minute then level 11 1 minute

  15. Much needed off day yesterday. Since starting BossBody I spend all day everyday with the wife, as in each other presence but not really spending any time together. So we took the day off and went adventuring in Boston and just stayed away form work and the phones it was nice. Except my diet sucked yesterday and my workout suffered today from it today.

    This week is a lil different its going to be a recovery week. Just under 11 weeks out so im going to take it easy before the final push.....starting with a refeed today

    Today was leg emphasis but full body workout didnt go to failure on any excersize kept all reps over 10 was great the full body pump should have taken some pictures.

    standard staples and supports tried out Shredded labs new version of CLASH today. Different formula they added 1,3 dimeth wich Im not a fan of but that said I did have a pretty awesome workout.

    Ya man it seemed quick but man I had an awesome time. Great recomp the before and after pics are awesome LOL Ill post shortly. I got fat over the holidays and with a 6 weeker of **** and proper diet I had some crazy results.

    1st experience with clomid Ive run Nolva in the past so I will update on how its effecting me

    OK so heres my thoughts on AAV2 and Recompadrol. These seem to be very effective for me, I think they are so effective that I should be able to up my total calories each day. I think I can easily add 100 calories to each day, while continuing to progress just as quickly as I am. More calories for me means better workouts, mood, potentail growth during prep or at least better muscle preservation.

    Maybe some EBF guys can chime in on this????

    that many huh? would it matter if these calories came from protein fat or carbs. I was thinking a mix of carbs and fats 25c 10f addition maybe that would be 190 cals extra to start

  26. Rather it come from carbs of going closer to maintenance

    Use aav2 post workout with out recompadrol as then use more recompadrol post post workout. This should Prove more effective I believe

    I do six meals a day. So do 1 recompadrol with each meal except post workout then 2 aav2 pre, post and before bed? Ill take the one extra recompadrol preworkout with my vitargo?
