  19. Fuk it bro. I'm goin keto for the first time and I've been busy as hell lately. Always tired. I know its gonna affect me during the transition period and I'm pretty sure ill drop a good 5 pounds pretty quick. It was suggested that I take mct's while transitioning so hopefully that helps. I'm almost done with my IGF so I won't need a shyt ton of carbs anymore, besides my high carb intake is throwing my blood glucose all over the place. I'm just going to try it and if I like it I'll keep it for a while

I know there are guys who do well on long runs of Keto but IMO it's best done in 14-21 days this gives you quick fat loss results then boom back to carb cycling (which IMO is king for fat loss and muscle preservation), then back to a Keto run when you feel it necessary. I'm interested to see how Keto treats you. The most I go is 14 days, any longer I have no energy, strength goes down look flat etc. keep us posted bro.
