    Hit 365x3 for deadlifts from a 4" defecit was a PR +30lbs.
    Wide grip barbell rows 225x8 also a PR

    Bunch of other stuff Ill detail my workouts as they happen but Im feeling some serious fatigue today so Ill rest and hit it hard tomorw

    Todays diet plan

    Meal 1 8 egg whites p 64 protein: 309g
    2 whole eggs c 27 carbs: 78g
    1/2 cup of oats f 10 Fats: 52g

    Meal 2 7 oz's of chicken p 50
    1 table spoon of oil c
    f 17

    Meal 3 7 oz's of chicken p 50
    1 cup broccoli c
    f 3

    Meal 4 7 oz's of chicken p 50
    5 oz's of sweet potato c 26
    f 3

    Meal 5 7 oz's of 93/7 beef p 45
    4 oz's of white potato c 25
    f 16

    Meal 6 7 oz's of chicken p 50
    1 cup spinach c

  7. so did something to my shoulder in my sleep last night. Cant retract my shoulder blade on the left side effing pissed. So my options now are cut cycle short Hit PCT plus a few weeks off and jump back on again about 3 weeks out, or continue as planned and hit the stage about 8 weeks after this cycle ends.

    Did legs today...sorta

    good mornings

    leg press
    4plates x 40
    6 x 60
    8 x 80
    10 x 80....goal was 100 but punked out again LOL

    leg extensions,curls, abductor and adductor 3 sets ea

    12 sets calves.

    NOTES
    *pissed about the shoulder thing was up all night
    *workout sucked 0 intensity
    * possible BP issues today

    heat and ice all day so far. feels a lil better its the weidest effing thing. cardio only tomorow then maybe legs again on wednesday. Depending on how it feels Im hoping its just a vicious knot from sleeping in a crazy position or something and will just work its way out
