I have been pretty good with my diet again for the past little bit and am back down around 205 looking much better than when I was eating bulking cals. Today is not going to be a good diet day for me. My bosses birthday we are having lasagna for lunch and then some cake. Tonight our good friend is coming down to Houston to celebrate her birthday so we are going to Gringos to have some mexican food and a beer-rita!!!! Yeah a beer-rita is about 1200 cals of yumminess. Should be good and ready for the heavy upper body lift on Saturday with all the carbs I will have tonight.
Yesterday being a lift day I had up to 300 grams of carbs to get down but my Nana made homeade pecan pie and I have been holding the piece until I lifted so yesterday I only took in about 100grams of carbs during the day and kept my fat around 40g until I ate that pecan pie and DAMN IT WAS GOOD!
