Today is finally my carb nite. Tried to make sure I was well over the 7 day mark. Been super sore in my back particularly my upper back. Lower back is just fine as usual. Deadlifts make everything better.
Plan on having plenty to eat and drink tonight. Had some homemade Chinese food with plenty of jasmine rice. Going to pick up a pizza in a bit. Had dextrose in my post workout shake... it doesn't agree with me.
My workout was pretty on par. Incline elect bb felt great where decline was rough on shoulders. Did 315 on flat for a cluster. Was a bit ambious though only got 1,1,1 and the last I needed my spotter.
Biceps went well. Fat grips when doing pulldowns were easier. Got a good bicep pump going and worked my grip a bit. Ended with fat gripped rope triceps ext.
