Alright, now that I'm at 7, gonna post pictures so it's at the top of the page. Critique whatever, flame whatever, it's all good:
These are around week 3 progress, so I have a reference point as I continue this log to see me get bigger
Personally I like my traps, lats and forearms the most. I've always seem to of had larger lats naturally then someone who never worked out, even as a kid. It's genetic, my brother has decent lats too and he doesn't lift at all. I wish I could get that kid to be my workout partner, we'd be a force to be reckoned with. But he lives up in Farmington, where the chick i've been talking to lives.
What would you all say are doing well, what should I maybe turn focus onto? I'll also work on getting leg pics, calves *calves are my favorite muscle regardless of what the size is now, just want some awesome calves*
