Ive heard the best way to keep up motivation for working out is to post a log for people to follow so here we go...
A little about me:
I am 24 years old, i serve in the United States Marine Corps. I just got back from a deployment to Afghanistan 5 days ago. During any free time i had i was experimenting with different workout (lifts, sets, reps, etc) and reading lots of fitness magazine (i wish i had internet for this site lol). My brother lilnardey and our buddy Deeerdre turned me on to this site and i decided its time to get serious about lifting.
Current Supps:
Whey Protein
Creatine Monohydrate
BCAA
Glutamine
Jack3d
Hydroxycut Hardcore
Schedule:
Im going to shoot for 5 days a week training but it may not be possible due to the Corps work schedule lol
Monday - Back & Bis (heavy weight low reps)
Tuesday - Chest & Tris (heavy weight low reps)
Wednesday - Legs & Shoulders
Thursday - Back & Bis (light weight high reps)
Friday - Chest & Tris (light weight low reps)
Cardio - Sprints or Kettlebell (minimum 3 times weekly)
Weekends will be set aside for 12oz curls :cheers: :drunk:
individual exercises will be documented as the log progresses
