More carbs isn't always the answer... Just more FOOD. Good food. Go get some damn almonds or something man. Eat a chicken... or a goose... your cat... I dunno.

True... Im trying to get as much in me as possible... I think ill start throwin down some black hole to help! I pretty much dont stop eatting. Seems like i get maybe 2hrs or so were i dont eat during the day... Im always downing oats, trail mix, granola, pb, and cheese during the day.... chicken is usually in afternoon and eve.... We have some duck and goose in the freezer actually.... Hmmm

No guys, you mis understood(I think?). Of course thats not ALL i eat!
Heres the basic laydown of daily-
Morning- Whey shake 15min later, 3eggs/w cheese and 1cup of oats
snack- granola(about 1/2cup), Low Fat Yogurt
snack- string cheese and trailmix
Lunch- Chicken Brest or Steak with Brown Rice or Red Taters
Pre WO- Whey or Supershake
Post WO- Whey or Supershake
snack- Oatbar, String Cheese
Dinner- Chicken Brest or Steak with Brown Rice or Red Taters
Bed- Casein Shake
Is that not good enough? Thats whats got me up to were i am now!
And just FYI, i have to shove all that down since i dont have an appetite or what i do have is very lil in the morns!

Ya and i deff. know that all to well over the last how many yrs now... My guts feel like there about to explode somedays. Its just overload when digestion starts to slow down or there gets some hangups here and htere...
