    Day 5

    Summary
Today was a rainy and cold day in these parts and I was doing a pond cleanout at a house with a large pond. Luckily we weren't given any time constraints with this house and we are going to finish it tomorrow. After 4 1/2 hours of work my partner and I were both frozen, soaking wet, and ready to go home. We did a majority of the work (which was TOUGH)....but we are finishing up and moving onto the grounds of the home tomorrow. I am still feeling slightly sick, and my girlfriends daughter's temperature is up around 103....so I didn't do much other than body work today after getting off of work and getting showered up.

    The Session
    Pushup
    25 reps
    Incline Pushup
    25 reps
    Decline Pushup
    25 reps
    Situp
    25 reps
    Unilateral Leg Work
    Rx 1 - 45 seconds *ea. leg*
    Rx 2 - 45 seconds *ea. leg*
    Rx 3 - 45 seconds *ea. leg*

    Nutrition
So I went ahead and had my cheat meal for the week tonight. I have been doing really well and I was really in the mood for it. I had myself some chinese food! It was delicious...I don't feel bad one bit...and I won't cheat again this week .
    Otherwise, I ate clean.

    What Tomorrow Holds
Tomorrow the weather is supposed to be gorgeous and we have a lot of work to get done over there, so I doubt i'll do much other than the landscaping stuff. We will see how I feel

    He's so PICky
Because of Big Ol Bobby runnin his mouth, and because IC was tryin to wreck her image....I had to go ahead and get this done tonight. I don't like to make "women pics" the centerpieces of my logs....but this one had to be.

I don't see how anyone could ever think "it's the same thing." Everyone can fart; men and women...only women can vaginally belch...ugh.

  10. It was funny how Butter's got "vaginally belched" on and he was in bed with his head all wrapped up lol, what did the guys say "babies come out of there"?

    Day 6

    Summary
Today was a beautiful day outside. I got a tan and I sweat A LOT. Definitely worked a full 9.5 hours today out in the world of landscaping. I am beat up and I just want to post this and go get some sleep, haha

    The Session
    9.5 hours of landscaping

    Nutrition
I ate clean today other than 2 pieces of pork roll (some call it taylor ham) at breakfast. Im CERTAIN I worked it off anyway, haha

    What Tomorrow Holds
Weather looks to be crappy again so I may have a half day at work. If thats the case, I will definitely be working out. If not...we shall see how hurting I am, haha

    He's so PICky

    I'll do my best

p.s. that chef pissed me off so much, I would last about 30 seconds before taking an assault charge for putting him in the hospital. -

  17. You people watched Hells Kitchen instead of the last ER..gasp!

Haha thats how it is in culinary though. I was never that kind of lead...but a lot of the head chef's and executives that I have worked with/for are like him. They just weren't as funny

  24. 4/3/09
    Day 7

    Summary
It rained like mad again today . Normally our landscaping company works through the rain but it was so hard today that the boss called us out and I got an extra day off. I was upset at first because I really need that money....but after I realized how awful I felt, I was happy. I was definitely high on carbs today with all the Orange Juice I slammed trying to get some serious Vit C rollin through me. I've been sneezing and coughing a mess all day. The only real "activity" i've had was playing some Wii and doing Rx Positions.

    The Session
    Unilateral Leg Work
    Rx 1 - 60 seconds *ea. leg*
    Rx 2 - 60 seconds *ea. leg*
    Rx 3 - 60 seconds *ea. leg*

    Thats really it.

    Nutrition
Other than loading up on Orange Juice....today was clean. I had a realfruit popsicle in the morning...but since it was all natural, I didn't consider it a *cheat* of any sorts. Went to ShopRite tonight and spent a little over $100 so I should be good on healthy items for the week, haha

    What Tomorrow Holds
Hopefully I feel a little bit better and I can get a session in. Depends on the weather really. If it's nice out then probably some barbell lifts and cardio. If it's crappy, probably some Kettlebells and yoga. I also have a little guy's "bowling birthday party" to attend if I can make it...so that should be fun, haha

    He's so PICky
And this was my day. The hilarity of the picture is that this IS NOT my high game. It would say record under the picture if it was. I think the high game is 268 or something (which is funny because my high game in real life is higher than that )

Ps- that's my 55in. big screen. I know it's no big deal flat screen like the new ones....but I still love it just the same.

I want to add a video today...everyone else gets to

  27. First Weigh In

So the first week has ended and here is the official weigh in. I think it may have been slightly skewed but i'm still happy (last night my throat hurt so bad that I had a popsicle RIGHT before I went to bed)

    234.6 lbs - initial weigh in (3/29/09)
    233.4lbs- end of week 1 (4//4/09)

Down 1.2lbs in the first week. Now it's off to get a haircut and lose another 2lbs

  32. 4/4/09
    Day 8

    Summary
Well with this morning's weigh in and I down 1.3lbs I believe it was...so thats a plus. With that small of a drop I can be fairly certain that it was all water/fat loss and no muscle loss. Today was another rainy day that eventually turned fairly nice. Only issue with that is, by the time it was nice out I was attending a young boy's birthday party and then had to head home to have dinner and clean the house. It was a constructive day though. I got a haircut (finally) and I went and got my taxes done. I got to pay HR Block $62 and I owed Obama $25. Awesome.

    The Session
    Unilateral Leg Work
    Rx 1 - 60 seconds *ea. leg*
    Rx 2 - 60 seconds *ea. leg*
    Rx 3 - 60 seconds *ea. leg*
    Pushup
    50
    Situp
    50

    Nutrition
At the birthday party for the youngster I had a slice of pizza that I really shouldn't have had...but I didn't eat much today...so I was probably still on point for cals and such. I was annoyed that I let myself have it...but it was okay since it was for festivities and all.

    What Tomorrow Holds
I am either playing tennis or lifting. End of story. No if's and's or but's. If I can get people on the court then i'll hit because it's been almost 2 weeks since I have...but if not, it's lifting all the way.

Chose to go Old Skool for you all and show a pic of me a few years back in a pub around here. I was MUCH heavier...and much more drunk

You really should. Im telling you....it comes faster than you expect, and there's nothing you can do but feel awful and regret. I spent more time with him towards the end than usual....but it doesn't mean I spent enough time with him. I wish I had.
