| Registered User  | to avoid fat gain in the summer i have less time to train, and in holiday i think to go to eat more. so i want to know,what i can use to avoid a great amount of fat gain? sesamina, t4/t3, ppar agonist (fibrates, vit A) or??? |

| AM's Official Coppertop  | I was told that CLA works real well. I just bought some and started taking it yesterday so I can't speak first hand, but all I hear is good things. | Registered User   | In my expierience, and alot of research suggests it as well, to see the benefits of CLA supplementation you have to take it consistantly for atleast 2-3 months.
