well, it depends on you, but i eat 80/20 beef, pepper jack cheese sticks, whole eggs, walnuts, p.b., olive oil, brocolli, asparagus, salad, bacon, ham, almonds, and the like.

i have an AD diet thread in this part of the forum, but not much success with getting a correspondence on it, though. for some reason, i have never gotten much help from forums. but what i'm gonna do is beast out on my workouts and just eat when i'm hungry. **** all this over-thinking. hell, next thing you know i'll be posting up pics of myself for critique if i ain't careful. don't wanna overthink. i'm just gonna do some Rocky Balboa type working out and eat when I'm hungry. **** the dumb ****. i haven't put in hard work, i mean REALLY hard work, in a long time. i'll make me some gains if it kills me.

eh, you don't need the coconut oil as suggested above. it's expensive and makes no difference to this diet. a 4 dollar bottle of olive oil will suffice.

Wow can't believe I forgot to mention
Egg's , cheese, and heavy cream. Egg's are a must though for diets like this. They are full of enzymes, vitamins, and have a high biological value.

Not a fan of coconut oil? I enjoy using it for frying seafood, gives a good flavor and does not get denatured by the heat. Definitely not a necessity, but I personal think it adds a good flavor and keeps things interesting. To each his own though

it does add a good flavor and keeps things interesting, but i just told him that so as to save him some cash if he wanted to. but now that i think about it, it may be worthwhile to invest on a tub for the startup. it's a 'sat fat' of sorts and will zip through the fatigued body for quick energy when it is LOW. sorry, but i'm a cheapskate and when i see an expensive suggestion i just say 'psht, you don't need that ****.'

heck, now that i remember that about the coconut oil, i just might get some for when my 'cut' gets hard.

I ate a lot of pork loin when I was on the Metabolic Diet. The Chipolte(spelling is probally wrong) version that you can get at BJ's Wholesale club is good and will last you a while. Just cook it and cut it up in serving sizes. Good flavor.

I was on it for about 5 years straight. You will definitely benifit from reading the book. There is a lot of information in there. I really can't sum it up in a paragraph or so. Well I probally could get my book off the bookshelf and type some quotes from it...Right now though I'm really tired and can't wake up today. Also I don't think my thinking is straight and clear so I would probally mess it up anyway.
