| Registered User | what you eat day to day with caloric ratio/total including alterations as you see fit each day i.e. if you have a heavy day and you eat more your training routine day to day your starting weight i.e. lbm to fat% ratio your progressing weight essentially, include EVERYTHING you do regimenwise. |
