I am looking to start my cut, with a log soon, not only to help you, as fellow readers, but myself, what are some essential things i should include in my posts to help myself and other?

what you eat day to day with caloric ratio/total
including alterations as you see fit each day i.e. if you have a heavy day and you eat more

your training routine day to day

your starting weight i.e. lbm to fat% ratio

your progressing weight

essentially, include EVERYTHING you do regimenwise.
