I'm 33 6'0 245 have a good amount or muscle but stay very soft through my belly and chest no matter what I do, I have a pretty clean diet and workout 6 days a week..I'm on test cyp 200 eow for low t the last time I was tested my estergen was high but doc said not to really worry do you think this has something to do why I stay soft throughout my chest and belly

What is your diet like? Higher estrogen could be playing a role, but chances are its just excess body fat. You might want to consider adding in some cardio or lowering calories to lose some of the unwanted bodyfat.

Absolutely. Your on a trt dose. A good doc should get you on an AI
And be splitting up your test shots so it's once a week not every other weeks. Causes a roller coaster for your hormones.

I have a pretty decent diet 330 am 1/2 cup oats, 630 am protein shake, 700am 4 scrambled eggs , 9am protein bar or tuna, 11am chicken quarter with veggies ( sometimes brown rice) 3pm protein bar or tuna 5pm 2 tbsp peanut butter 7pm some sorce or meat with veggie ( sometimes rice) 9pm 1/4 cup cottage cheese

Yea I know I've been trying to get in bed a little earlier lately but with a 6 year old daughter and 13 month old son it's hard haha I usually get in bed around 930-10 .. I get about 5-6 hours a night

Carbs look too high if you wanna lose weight. Not with those fats anyway
