I am currently in:
2100kcal day on
1900kcal day off

It is now 2 weeks since over weight go down,

I would like to start a reverse diet

my maintenance calories are currently 2600kcal

so I'll add 500kcal before you can add

course of only carbon, and the chosen are the rice cakes,
that without doing it on purpose, a packet of biscuits 150gr give me about 500kcal ... anyway

What do you recommend to do?

I reach the 2600kcal in 3 days, the type

2100kcal starting
2200kcal 1st step
2400kcal 2nd step
2600kcal 3rd step

and then down

2400kcal 4th step
2200kcal 5th step
2100kcal 6th step

and assestarmi for a few weeks and then return to further lower the calories ...

or:

I reach the 2600kcal in 10 days

2100kcal starting
2150
2200
2250
2300
2350
2400
2450
2500
2550
2600

then get me another 10 days reverse, returning to my calories hypo, 2100, and continue to fall further ...

Tell me everything, help me!

thank you

I would return to maintenance cals and keep training hard for a solid week or two. Give your body a break and see how you respond to eating your maintenance. Then reassess from there - and most likely drop back into a 200-300 calorie deficit. The break will let your body recover fully and you will prime yourself for more fat loss. This method is more of a diet break than a reverse diet - reverse diets are for those who are finished dieting and want to slowly increase calories while staying lean.
