Hi,
Ive been Dieting for the past 2 months, started at 14.4lbs currently sitting at 13.13lbs as of this morning.
Diet is clean, chicken,rice,sweet potatoes,oats,protein shakes,veg,normal potatoes and eating roughly between 1800-2200 kcals, some days carb cycling etc.
The weight has dropped 5lbs in this 2 months... this to me seems like nothing compared to the training cardio ive been doing along with the diet.
Ive been training since about 18, now 25, have taken gear and got to 15 stone and around 7% bf about 2 years ago, but since that have not taken anything since then and had about 6 months off from the gym. could this be the cause of the next to nothing weight loss? i had a decent amount of fat on me 2 months ago compared to now i have almost full visible abs and only dropped 5lbs on the scale? now i feel alot more muscular but could i of gained that much muscle to compensate for this with no gear?
