Looking to cut fat and keep as much muscle as possible (obviously).
My diet is:
-300 kcals with 200g protein, 200g carbs, 70g fat
Also taking albuterol 12mg/day.
Any critiques on this? Would I be able to lose 5%bf in 8 weeks? Thanks
What's your weight and training look like? Do yo know your daily caloric requirements? What's your current bf% (estimated is fine)?
At first glance, as others have stated, you will likely want to look into tapering down those carbs over time and replacing those cals with protein and fat. Then reducing overall cals and/or increasing exercise as time goes on.
Is there a reason you need to hit that goal in 8 weeks? The longer you can taper your cut the more muscle you'll be able to spare in the process. There are also some good natural anabolics out there if you want to look into those for maintaining muscle while cutting.

Laxogenin - a few good products out there, but I'd go with a transdermal like DermaStr3ngth for better bio-availability.
