So here is the deal, my good buddy Howwedo and I are in a bit of a competitive mood so it is time for a show down.

Voting will be based on 2 categories
Overall Transformation 1-10

Now for the fun part

Here is my program
Monday: Chest/ abs/ cardio
Jump rope in the morning fasting empty stomach except bcaas

Lifting:
Bench 4x6-10
Incline flyes 3x10-12
Dips weighted 4x6-10
Cable Crossovers 4x10-12
Russian twists 3xfail
Situps 3 sets of 30 (going to work up to higher reps)
Cable crunchs 3x15

Tuesday: Back and cardio
3 mile jog in morning (working up to 7 miles hopefully)

Lifting:
Wide grip chins: 4xfail
Seated cable rows: 4x10-12
Close grip pulldowns: 4x6-10
T-bar rows: 4x6-10
Barbell rows 3x6-10

Wednesday: Legs/abs
Squats 4x6-10
Legpress 4x6-10
Leg curls 3x10

Cardio: will be as follows on any back tri or chest tri day I will do 10 mins moderate post workout and on leg day it will be 20 mins moderate post workout and finally on shoulder AB day it will be 30 mins moderate/HIIT post workout

Nutrition: 1800-2000 calories daily protein at least body weight and carbs around 100 grams and the rest filled in with healthy fat...following a 12 hour eating window sometimes only 10 hours...cheat day/refeed tri weekly

Hello tri weekly cheat day tomorrow....have it all planned out with Chinese food and cheesecake and Oreos and ice cream lol my daughter is going to be in heaven....my macros will look like this if I eat it all 4500 cals 550 carbs 200 protein 166 fat...big metabolism boost, goodbye lethargic feeling and hello full glucose levels...leg day tomorrow :) I'm prepping my body for my new sport....gerbil hunting hehehehehehehe

Man that cheat day sounds like heaven! I've been craving Chinese food for so long and cheesecake is one of my favorite deserts! Your an a$$ now I might have to make a cheat day soon haha!

Hello all will post before pics today.

Had my back day today because I am one day off my schedule.
Started the day with some HIIT Jumprope, then took 3g BCAAs, then I went to the gym for back day, 3g BCAAs and damn it was good, and then a 3 mile jog.
I had a zero carb rockstar at around 3 pm and now I am eating my breakfast/lunch. 1/3 lb of ground beef with 1/6 an onion and 2 hard boiled eggs and some cucumber, might throw in some almonds in a couple minutes but it is so good. I am coming for you howwedo you and your little dog.

Tomorrow will be a nice Leg/ abs day, plus moderate carbs so I can enjoy a nice bowl of oatmeal. HELLZ YEAH!!!!!

Small update:
Dinner: 1 whole chicken breast, 1/3 cup of peas. I nearly ate a french fry but thou shall not carb.

That's what I'm worried about...the only thing I have going for me in the transformation department is the fact at my bf every little .1% will make a difference but you deff have the mass for when you cut up you will look like a beast

Hopefully that 60mg of tbol and 500 of test will treat me well in August since my receptors are virgins lol but getting shredded will be hard since I'll only be using fat smack XR lol wish I had reduce xt but me and the woman are saving for a house so supp buying is on hold for awhile lol at least when you get shredded you will have a ton of mass to come popping out making you a beast

Yeah this stack is my last hurrah until I get a job at college then hopefully I will be able to get my hands on some test and winny, then the shredding will continue.

Just got back from my leg day, which went really well, also worked abs today. Going to eat steak and eggs for breakfast with some oatbran with splenda (shockingly tasty). I will take a pic and post it in a bit because it is wonderful.

MSG is the greatest chemical ever conceived. But damn thats alot of water, I am at around a gallon a day.

After PCT, I'm gonna try and cut... would like to take one inch off the waist and see some better seperation in my quads and back...

Good luck guys--bulking is easy, but cutting sucks!

I'm 21 bro, and barely started working out seriously for 10-11 months , and well barely started bulking after a good cut :D! almost 2 months of bulking now :p! But yeah I am WAY to young for a PH/DS run , let alone an oral active steroid like Super Drol :D!

I'm one competitive mofo lol but id love to see gerbil cut up and knowing that I contributed by pushing him to get there honestly would be rewarding enough for me...now my metabolism is all up and running at full steam I'm more then ready to kill it tomorrow.... My motto is the best part about being in the best shape of your life is everyday your in even better shape but only with proper diet,rest and exercise thus pushing me harder n harder....but my vote will be for gerbil he has an insane drive at this point...almost super human :) guess I'll have to come find you and shove McDonald's down your throat haha :)

News flash 3 mile jog+ HIIT jumprope for 15 minutes+ leg day= Great idea but ow. To be honest if you put a mcdouble infront of me it would be gone (those are my crack).
Shoulder should be fun tomorrow but my anterior delt was twiked on chest day not sure why, but you gotta fight through the pain and the best way to deal with a problem is to pretend like its not there.

I highly recomend Motivate to anyone looking to be a freaking nutcase, SO MUCH ENERGY also the zero carb rockstar helps.
Quit smoking as well which might be awkward if I get a room mate who smokes considering on my housing app I put myself as a smoker.

It's ok I'm only rocking 1 supp and that's my fat smack I'll be doing an honest sponsored log of...I like the fact we are doing this competition with almost no supplements and certainly no PH/DS makes it less exciting for ppl to watch lol but more rewarding seeing what we have accomplished with little to no aid on the supplement department

Thanks for the challenge I might be a good sport but I am hyper competitive, the motivation will be interesting.


Also to prove that cutting need not be tasteless. Delicious and nutritious. Now just for some chicken and the night will be complete.

3 Mile jog check. Now to wait and eat at 12:30 grab some BCAAs and some sleep going to be a good shoulder day today. I will update this post with more info as the day progresses.

This and the Chinese food favorite posts so far XD! How long ago did you quit smoking?! That my buddy is fücking great!!! I'm almost at a year no smoke (cigarette) or chew.
