Bentover rows: 135x10, 225x10, 225x8, 275x3
Reverse flyes on a machine: 130x10, 155x10, 175x6 (weights incredibly inaccurate)
Cable rows: 110x10, 130x10, 150x10, 170x8
Wide grip pulldowns: 150x10, 160x10, 175x10, 190x8
Croc rows: 70x20, 80x20, 90x20
Cable curl 21's: 175, 185 (again weights really inaccurate probably around 80-90lbs)
The workout felt good got a great pump, a bit rushed after the rows because the gym was closing. I had a bit of an issue with the croc rows on the last set my grip was failing a bit and had to reposition my hand twice. I would have liked to get shrugs in but had to cut the workout short.

I will get a new pic up soon, unfortunately I have been trying to get back to where I was but my weight is down to 201 with full gym attire, hopefully most of the drop was not muscle, but I fear for the worst.
