Hmm didn't seem to feel like hyperventilating - more just an intense headrush that would last maybe 10 seconds-20 seconds. Only seems to happen on heavy compounds exercises. Felt it a bit today after standing BB shoulder press.
Now that you break it down a bit I actually did have the same thing when I was running oep during my last cut. Wouldn't have a clue what causes it tho. Intense light headed feeling and dizzy spells but only after going real heavy on square or deads.
