    Was going to just do Rack Pulls today, but I couldn't avoid deadlifts. Like em too much. Lower back already fatigued by the time I tried rack pulls. Next time it will be either or. Good workout overall.

    I was pretty much done at tabata workouts but someone suggested tire flips so I went ahead to the track and flipped some tires around as well. Barely ate anything today. I am beyond exhausted!

    High volume day. Took me about 1.5 hrs to finish. Absolutely drenched.

    No kidding! I lost track so it could have been a bit more than that. I had to sit down and rest for like 5 min after front squats and then continued onto the rest of the workout.
