    Deloaded about 15% on my lifts today. Been sick with some nasty cold/cough that's kept me awake for 2 nights now. Blahhh. Bought some OTC meds for it; fingers crossed that it helps. Just glad I got through my workout today! Phew.

    After battling a cold for the past week, I just felt drained. Haven't done much lifting or cardio for 3 or 4 days. But today is a new day. I deloaded again on some of my lifts today. Got in a decent workout too! Jogging was okay other than the fact that my left arm socket started to feel sore about 3/4 of the way in. Actually had to stop and stretch it as it was affecting my jog. But I finished it and I am totally wiped out now. lol

  6. Shoes can be your worst enemy. I get fitted at a running specialty store.. haven't had problems since...

    Keep on it.. things can get frustrating.. but you can do it..
    Remember to take time off here and there.. flucuate your calories.
    How are things looking with your diet? have you found a sweet spot yet for that?

    Got side stitches while jogging! It suuuucked! Didn't have any music to listen to either! It was quite warm out and I had more trouble breathing since I decided to go midday when it's warmest. Otherwise it was a good workout, and I'm starving now.

    Thanks for the advice! I'm thinking about going to a shoe fitting store. Diet is pretty good. I'm eating clean except 1 day a week. Actually my last cheat meal was like 2.5 weeks ago! Haven't found that sweet spot yet; I'm just adding a few more calories this week because I think my body has been on too low of a cal-deficit and I've stalled on the weight loss these last few weeks. Thank u for the words of encouragement!

  14. I don't eat the same thing every day so my calories are usually in a range.. don't be afraid to go just a smidge higher or lower ina day depending on what your diet is.. you can do it.. can't wait to hear how it goes with getting fitted for shoes!

    Things are good! How are you? I try to update my workouts everyday or at least every other day. And if I can get my camera to work (lens is stuck on error!) I'll post progress pics in about 2 weeks or so! Stay tuned!

    100 yard sprints/1.5 minute jog for 20 minutes
    1x5 50 yard hill sprints
    5 min cool down jog
    RKC Plank 3x30 sec

    Was contemplating on going for an afternoon jog, but by calves are crazy sore right now!

    Thanks Aaron and mk~ Down ~2.5 lbs this week. I keep fluctuating between 162-163 over the past week. GRRR... I just want to get down to 160! I'm down ~18 lbs since I started late January. 2 more lbs and I'll have hit -20lbs! Crazyness! It's been slow going, so just got to be patient and keep at it! Went for a 2.5 mi. jog this morning and had no fuel whatsoever. Ended up jogging mostly on the grass next to the sidewalk since it was better on my joints.

    I always hate that 2 pound flucutation. If you changed up a few things and weight loss is not happened.... Try a fat burner?

    I thought fat burners were unnecessary unless trying to get rid of the last 5-10 lbs. I don't think I've reached that point yet, but it is something to consider somewhere down the line.

    Well different ppl use them for different reasons. If progress stalls, if they need extra energy from dieting (low cals), if they want appetite suppression.... The last 1 being huge for me.

    I'll look into it, thanks aaron! I don't want to depend on burners doing all the work; I know I still have to put in my time. Haha actually I wear a mouth guard at night. Once I finish eating dinner, i brush my teeth, and put it on. Stops me from eating out of boredom!

    Cool. Yeah I have an odd schedule.... Work crazy hours, everyday in the week is a different shift or different day off. Some days I end up taking naps.
    Sometimes I'm up until 2am... & I'll eat around 12-1am.
    The burner comes in handy for me to limit my overall calorie intake.

    Sounds super stressful! When do you manage time in to workout? Glad to hear the burners work for you!

    It is. Usually I work out @ night. I belong to a gym that's open all the time.
    Oh & don't get my wrong I don't use burners all the time.... Hardly ever cause I don't want/need extra stims (usually just a pre work out) but since I'm trying to "cut up" a bit for various reasons I'm incorporating them.

    Nice not having to worry about closing times! One less thing to stress about! I work out at home gym (squat bar, bench, plates, etc). It's small but it gets the job done. It's not like I'm squatting twice my BW or anything.
